My cheeks pinkened but I didn’t care. That was… “That was fucking awesome,” I blurted.

Cy beamed at the compliment, blue eyes shining with pleasure.

“Now Cy tired,” the snarky man teased.

A sputtering laugh burst out of me. “Oh? Is that so? Tuckered yourself out, did you?”

Cy’s smile widened and he wiggled his eyebrows at me. He knew it would make me blush, so he kept it up until I pressed my hand over his face, covering the silly grin he was wearing.

Tugging my hand away, leaving it in his hand, effectively holding mine, he brought my hand to his lips, kissed it, then placed it over the spot I’d bitten him. My fingers traced the markings, teasing along the outer edges. I’d broken the skin. It was decently deep and would probably scar.

Leaning in, bussing our noses, he purred. “Now Pru mine?”

Pulling back, I bopped him on the nose. Pretending I had to think about it, I tapped my chin with my finger. “Mm… You’re definitely a contender in the running,” I said finally.

The man’s jaw about dropped. He fought between trying to look angry, laughing, and sputtering incredulously.

Shaking his head at me, he wrapped his arms tightly around me, acted like he meant to plant one on me, to growlingly nip my chin, and when he went to take a step nearly tumbled us but caught himself at the very last moment.

Peering down, I informed him, “It would appear you’re trapped in your pants, Hokey Pokey.”

Cy eyeballed me for that one.

“What?” My shoulders lifted in a shrug, my hands joining in on it. “Is that not what we’re doing? The Hokey Pokey?”

“Put left foot out, almost fall on face,” he quipped.

“Snarky bastard.” I snorted out a laugh. He never did have trouble keeping up with the sarcasm. God knows I was blessed with it in abundance. It was how I coped. Some cry, some get angry, if I wasn’t in complete and utter denial I sassed it up and the insults flew.

Cy tried to take a careful step again, realizing he couldn’t wiggle out of his pants, stuck as we were. With a grunt, he once more caught us. Scowling down at our predicament, he muttered something in his favored growl speak, took a deep breath, and glanced my way. “Hold to Cy tight.”

“Wait- What are you-” While I stammered, trying to use words and failing, he began shuffle-stepping it, squishing me to him tight. “What are you doing?” I got out between overloud cackles. We looked ridiculous. It was just too funny.

“What look like Cy do?” the man muttered as he shuffle-stepped, tiny baby steps trapped in his pants, slowly but surely, down the hall towards my bedroom.

“Looks like you’re-”

Cy paused long enough to gently place his hand over my mouth. Leaning in, he warned me, “You see no thing. Cy not know you talk bout, you readpeat. Got it?”

My laughter was muffled into his palm, hazel eyes dancing.

His eyes narrowed as my laughter faded and my smile remained. Wriggling my eyebrows at him, I dipped my tongue out to run it along his palm. It was meant to be a teasing, slobbery thing I did to him, something to make him pull his hand back and be grossed out, a little payback for his antics, but he growled and then purred like I’d just done the sexiest thing in the world.

My channel tightened in response to that growl, his cock jerked as a result, we both let out groan mixed moans.

“Stop that,” he snapped, then pulled his hand away.

Giving me a look that said he meant business, the man shuffle-walked faster. He looked like he was trying to skedaddle in slow motion.

Naturally, I snort-laughed my ass off, chortling all over him as I leaned against him and held onto him tight.

With a huffing chuff, he stopped walking long enough to slap my ass, then continued on. I jumped, yelped, then nipped at his shoulder.

Cy snarled but there was no anger behind it.

At the doorway of my bedroom he paused, panting as every step that jostled us pressed and pulled where we were connected, which sent one or both of us off— my channel pulsed around him, his throbbing member pressed deeper, then began jerking anew— it sent us both groaning and moaning in denied pleasure.

“I say three, we go,” he said suddenly.
