“Can you both get the fuck out?” Landon says, his voice dropping dangerously low as he finally wrangles his hard-on back into his sweatpants. “Anyone still in here”—he looks directly at Abby—“will get fucked. And anyone else will watch.”

I grin. “Don’t threaten me with a good time, brother.”

Abby also doesn’t seem even remotely bothered, and she smiles at him cheekily. “Aww, do you want to bend me over your bed like this?” she says playfully, leaning down over his bed to face him. Her long, dark hair tumbles from its messy bun, framing her face, and those brown eyes I’ve spent years trying to forget lock onto my brother’s in challenge.

My gaze trails down the curves of her body, following the way her breasts strain against her dress, then I trace the dip of her waist to the fullness of her hips. Fuck. She’s even more beautiful than I remember.

“You want to pull the back of my dress up so you can fuck my ass, Landon?” She tilts her head. “Hmm, maybe pretend I’m a certain hockey player?”

I throw my hand up in the air immediately. “Pick me, please pick me.”

“Over my dead body, fuck boy,” Abby snaps out, not even looking at me. “I was talking to your brother.”

Landon’s jaw clenches. “What’s the catch?”

“The catch?” Abby’s smile widens. “I need someone with muscles for my channel.”

Landon laughs, a short, sharp sound. “You want me to make porn with you?”

“Adult content,” Abby corrects him, and I can’t help but notice the way her eyes keep drifting back to the tent in Landon’s sweats. “And yes, actually, I do.”

I groan, unable to help myself from interrupting. “We’re identical—you can pretend I’m him. And you know I don’t harbor any bad feelings about you breaking up with us and ghosting us.”

“That’s exactly why it won’t be you,” Abby says, her attention still focused on Landon. “You would be in a mask so no one would know it’s you. I’ve thought about it. We don’t like each other, but we’ve fucked before, and it was always good. Plus, I can stand the sight of you slightly more than your brother.”

“Ouch,” I mutter, but I’m smiling from ear to ear. This is exactly what Landon needs—something to get his head out of the depressing spiral he’s been in since we got to this house.

Landon stares at her for a moment. “And you want me to do this, why?”

“I’m doing it anyway, but I would feel safer if someone I knew was with me,” Abby says.

My brother’s hands clench into fists, and his entire body goes tense. She made a cheap shot, knowing damn well mentioning her safety would make him crack.

“Think about it,” Abby says, heading toward the door. “Who knows? It could be fun.”

Once she leaves, the room is quiet except for the sound of Landon’s heavy breathing.

“She’s going to fuck the life back into you,” I say with a cackle. Abby was always the one that got away from him—and maybe even me, if I am being honest with myself.

“Shut up,” Landon mutters.

“I’m serious. That girl has been living rent free in your head since the moment we got here. Now she’s offering you a reason to touch her, and you’re going to turn her down?”

Landon doesn’t respond; he simply stares at the frozen image on the TV screen.

“Bro.” I lean forward to snag his attention. “Just say yes.”

“I can’t,” he finally admits. “She broke my heart. There’s no way I could trust her again, not after what she did. Besides, she’s definitely up to something.”

I shrug as I stretch my legs out in front of me. “So what? Maybe this would be some closure. And maybe, just maybe, she’ll finally tell you what the fuck actually went wrong—what made her ghost us in the first place.”

Landon’s eyes light up. “You’re a genius.”

“I know,” I respond with a grin.

I get up and head out of the room, tracking Abby down in the kitchen. She’s making a smoothie, humming to herself as if she didn’t just proposition my brother for a porn video.

“So,” I say, leaning against the counter. “Now I have a proposition for you.”
