Madison melted so easily for me. Her raspberry scent was a drug, urging me to give her everything. Luckily, she took everything she begged for. Having her whimper my name in my ear, feeling her nails through my shirt, and simply knowing how hard she was struggling to keep herself together was inflating my ego so big I might not fit through the doorway when we eventually walk-of-shame’d our way inside.

She slipped her hand down my jeans and the sharp prick of her nails on my ass cheek had me spilling over the edge. I drove her against the siding, panting as my knot swelled and she bit down on my shirt to muffle her scream as it set her off.

We sank to the ground, my legs giving out, and I turned so I rested against the house with her in my lap. Dizzy with desire, I couldn’t do much more than that besides try to catch my breath.

Madison giggled, the sound growing wilder by the second. Before I could worry she was panicking, her head popped up and she clutched my cheeks in both hands. “I can’t believe we did that. I’ve never fucked outside.”

“What’s your star rating?”

“Five out of five. Who knew I could combo wanting you, being afraid and pissed at Tyler, and worrying about being caught into an orgasm that strong? I’ve never had that without a heat.”

“Happy to be of service.”

She purred as I threaded my fingers through her hair, leaning into my touch. “I don’t regret it. I think if I went slower I’d have let my anxiety twist me into a pretzel. Maybe with this I needed to take the leap and trust I would get caught.”

“Always down to catch my girl.”

Madison laughed again. “I’m your girl now?”

I gestured to her on my lap, prompting another round of giggles. “Can you say otherwise?”

“Maybe”—she leaned in to brush her lips against mine—“but I don’t want to.”

She tucked herself fully into my arms, her head beneath my chin and her arms wrapped around my ribs, purring away. I sent a text so the others wouldn’t worry.

Nathan:

Had to take a roundabout route

Don’t worry about us, we’ll be there soon

“There we go.” I wrapped both arms around her. “Now we can wait for this knot to go down in peace.”

Her purr loosened anxiety I didn’t even know was buried in my muscles. We didn’t talk, opting instead to soak in the moment, which was honestly for the best, since my brain was turning into a bowl of soup the longer I held her. Most people wouldn’t guess it from the personality I showed them, but I actually fuckingloveda good cuddle with accompanied quiet time. I could get the quiet time on my own, but this was better.

A car door slamming in the distance let us know that Tyler had probably arrived home. Tension shot through Madison. She tested the give on my knot and found it had gone down enough for her to climb off. Her legs wobbled like a newborn deer. I got to my feet quickly and steadied her, letting her lean against me while I tucked my cock into my pants.

I glanced at Ava’s pool beyond the fence. “Should we go inside smelling freshly fucked or hide the evidence?”

She chewed her lip. “I’m not ashamed of doing it, but I don’t really want to have a conversation about it with anyone.”

“Fair enough. Dip in the pool or spray with the hose?”

“Won’t either of those prompt just as many questions?”

“Nothing I can’t explain away easily.”

“Okay, they’re both going to be cold, but the pool will probably cover the scents better than the hose.”

I picked up the bags and chucked them over the fence, then laced my fingers together so Madison could use them as a step to climb over. Once she was balanced on the top, I took a running leap and flung myself over. I made a mental note to always keepup with my workouts. You never knew when you needed to pull out some acrobatics on the fly.

I helped Madison down but scooped her up again after hooking the bags in my hand. “Sorry about this.”

Before she could inquire further I took off toward the pool at a run, tossing the bags to land near the patio door, and launching us into the water.

A small stampede of people tumbled into the backyard.

I lifted Madison out of the pool, Jude collecting her, then climbed out myself.
