Cocoa: Just you. Unless you want to bring me some food.
I smirked, knowing that would be her response. Lyric and Naiari called me for food almost daily, and like the softy I was, I made sure they got whatever they wanted. There were certain perks to this street shit that I could get used to, but I tried to keep my head on straight and my eyes on the prize.
“You must be talking to that Ari bitch. That’s the only person who makes you smile like that.” Shamya hissed. My first thought was to cuss her out, but I wasn’t trying to fuck up my mood.
“I’ll catch you later.”
“Oh, so that’s it? You got your nut, and now you’re off to go chase after that young ho?”
She wanted a rise out of me, and I tried my best not to give it to her until she started talking recklessly.
“She ain’t a ho.”
“That’s all you heard from what I just said? Key, be real with me for a second. What are we doing?” I rolled my eyes toward the ceiling, hating the direction of the conversation.
“We’re cool. I think you’re a dope ass girl, the pussy straight, plus you help a nigga out whenever I need you. We’re good. I don’t know what else you want me to say,” I said with a shrug.
We talked about my relationship status a few times since we started fucking, and I made it clear I wasn’t interested in anything serious. She told me she was cool with what I was offering, and we hadn’t had any issues since then. I wasn’t sure where her attitude came from, but she needed to dead that shit.
“You expect me to believe that after fucking with me for almost a year, you don’t see this going anywhere?” Shamya asked with tears in her eyes. I stared at her in disbelief because she wasn’t making any sense.
“No. I told you from the beginning that this wouldn’t go any further than fucking and my putting some money in your hands. What part was confusing to you?” I hated being an asshole, but I also couldn’t stand it when someone tried to play dumb.
“Most niggas give the same speech about how they aren’t looking for anything serious, but they usually change their mind after a while. I thought that was your way of trying to protect your heart, and I respected you for it.”
“Well, I apologize if you misunderstood me. I’m not like those other jokers. Pussy doesn’t sway me one way or the other. Right now, the only thing on my mind is making money and taking care of my family. A relationship doesn’t fit into my equation right now.” I wanted to spare her feelings as best as I could because I meant what I said before. Shamya was a cool ass girl, and I enjoyed kicking it with her. I just wasn’t about to be her man.
“It’s because of her, isn’t it?” she croaked. I checked the time on the clock and realized I needed to leave before I was late.
“I don’t want to be in a relationship with anyone right now. I hate to see a pretty woman cry, but I don’t believe in stringing people along. If you want to stop fucking with me, I’ll completely understand.” My words must have struck a nerve or something because she jumped up out of the bed while wiping her tear-stained cheeks with the back of her hand.
I thought for sure she was about to try to put her hands on me, but instead, she shocked me by dropping to her knees. She unbuttoned my pants before whipping my dick out from the hole in my boxers.
“I don’t want to lose you. I like what we have,” she purred, then flicked her tongue around the tip of my dick. My head fell back as I allowed her to swallow me whole. Her pussy might have been basic, but her head game was out of this world.
“Sss-shit. Yeah, suck this dick.” I gripped her hair in my hand while I fucked her face. Shamya’s gag reflex was nonexistent, which allowed me to push beyond her tonsils. I was damn near on the tips of my toes as I fed her my dick, inch by inch. Tears fell down her face, but she never pulled away. Instead, she opened her mouth wide as drool dripped down her chin.
“Fuck yeah. You suckin’ this dick so good. I love that shit,” I groaned, feeling that tingling sensation in my balls.
“You gon’ swallow this nut like a good girl?” I asked. She responded by gripping the base of my dick and bobbing her head faster. The sound of her gagging mixed with the sounds of her slurping sent me over the edge. Within seconds, I was shooting my nut down her throat. She held me in place as she licked my flaccid rod. I took a deep breath as I gathered my bearings.
“You taste so good, daddy.” Shamya stared at me with adoration in her eyes. A part of me wondered if I should cut things off before things between us got too deep. She helped me stash my money, so the last thing I wanted to do was mess up our arrangement. My feelings were never going to change, but it was obvious we weren’t on the same page.
“It’s about time your ass finally decided to join us, mothafucka. You’re the main one bitchin’ about us not being on time when it concerns business, and your ass is late.” Logic called me out the moment I stepped into the restaurant. I sent them a message about being late, but I should have known they would give me a hard time.
“You’re right. I stopped by Shamya’s house, and her ass wasn’t tryna let me leave. I apologize for making y’all wait.” Logic gave me a knowing look while East laughed.
“I can’t believe you’re still fuckin’ around with that hoe. Her ass is nothing more than a gutta rat, lookin’ for her next come up.” Logic huffed, flagging down the server.
“Well, she won’t get that from me. She’s cool as far as I’m concerned. I got a place to hide my work, a car to drive, and I get my dick wet whenever I want. All I gotta do is break her off with some bread and fuck her brains out, and she’ll do whatever I need her to.” I shrugged.
For the most part, Shamya allowed me to do what I wanted. When I first started hustling, she only found out because her cousin worked for Gunna too. She offered to let me use her house to stash my shit because she knew I still lived at home with my momma. I didn’t trust anybody in my house besides Lyric, and I couldn’t take the risk of bringing that shit home.
“I don’t see why you don’t go through Ari. You know she’s loyal, and nobody lives at her house besides her musty ass momma. Shamya has brothers and all types of people running inand out of her house. What you gonna do if somebody swipe yo’ shit?” Logic questioned. We were basically brothers, so we often grilled each other whenever we had a big decision to make.
“I understand where you’re coming from, but at the time, it seemed like the best option. Ari didn’t know I was slangin’ work, so I couldn’t ask her. I’m still not sure if I would even want to involve her at all. It would be closer to me, but I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if something happened and she got caught up in it. You know I’ll go crazy behind her.”
“I feel you, but I think you should leave the option open. Ari got your back, and you don’t have to question her motives. Shamya is a bop, and you can’t trust these hoes.”
