Everything about Kylie lit up. “They’re coming to breakfast with us?”
“No. We’re going to their place for breakfast. Uncle Sammy is making waffles and then you’re going to have a playdate with Lizzie.”
Squealing so loudly it threatened to burst his eardrums, Kylie threw her arms around Addison’s neck. “Thank you Mommy! This is the best surpriseever!”
“I thought you might like it. And I was hoping it would give the three of us some more time to get used to our new roles without the whole Ranch watching our every move.”
It made sense. But like any older brother, he couldn’t quite hide his annoyance at the thought of being forced to spend a whole day playing with his Little sister and her friend. “Do we have to?”
To his surprise, Addison didn’t seem bothered by his question. Amusement danced in her eyes as she reached for him, cupping his cheek in her soft, small palm. “Yes, my sweet boy. But don’t worry. Mommy has somethingveryspecial planned for you after our playdate.Ifyou’re a good boy, that is.”
His cock jerked at the promise in her words. “I’ll be good.” He’d be whatever she wanted him to be if it meant getting his reward.
“I know you will. Because you want to set a good example for the Little ones, don’t you, baby?”
“Yes, Mommy.”
“That’s my good boy. Now, let’s go see a man about some waffles.”
Kylie
It was all she could do not to let her Little out in full force as they walked from the student dorms to the teacher’s apartments. Even if the whole Ranch knew she was Little, it still felt weird to act that way in public.
But the second Uncle Sammy opened the door to the apartment he shared with Eliza, all bets were off.
“Uncle Sammy!” Throwing her arms around his neck, she pressed a loud kiss to his cheek before hurrying inside. “Where’s—uh oh.”
Her best friend stood facing the corner, her hands behind her head and her skirt tucked into its own waistband to reveal a very red bottom.
“Eliza,” Kylie groaned. “What did you donow?”
A gentle tug on her ponytail had Kylie turning around to face her mockingly stern “uncle”. “You know the rules, Kylie Anne. No talking to Lizzie while she’s in the corner.”
“Well, when is she getting out of the corner? I wanna play!”
“Kylie.” Unlike Uncle Sammy, her Mommy’s voice soundedactuallystern. “Don’t be rude.”
“I’m not!” Kylie whined, so fully in her Little space she couldn’t even hear the alarm bells ringing in her own mind. “I just wanna play!”
Mommy raised a brow. “Perhaps you’d like to wait in the corner with your friend.”
Okay, nowshe heard the alarms. Whoops. “No, Mommy.”
“Then why don’t you ask your, ah, uncle if you can help with anything.”
Sighing heavily, Kylie looked up at her friend's Daddy. “Do you need me to set the table, Uncle Sammy?”
“That would be very helpful, thank you, sweetheart.”
“Okay!” It wasn’t as fun as playing with Eliza, but at least it gave her something to do. Almost as much at home in theirapartment as she was in her own dorm, Kylie went to the cabinet where the plates were kept and pulled down five.
“Do you need help with anything else, Samuel?” Mommy asked from behind her.
“Nah. You and Danny can have a seat at the table or on the couch if you like. The waffle iron is just about ready.”
Kylie had just gotten the silverware onto the table when Uncle Sammy’s phone buzzed against the countertop.
“Come here, Eliza Jane.”
