I scrunched up my face.

“What? Sir.”

“This doesn’t have a time limit. We’ve got all the time in the world to use this beautiful body.” He leaned down and pressed a kiss to my lips. “Now we’re going home.”

My heart felt like it was going to beat right out of my chest. They still hadn’t said anything about them being exclusively with me and I’d been too chicken to ask it, even when they decreed that no other man would touch me. But having no time limit made me think there was a chance. Maybe eventually they’d only want me. I just had to risk having my heart broken in the meantime.

Fighting back the urge to ask even more questions, I nodded. “Home.”

Theo picked me up and carried me to the door.

“Through the woods we go.”

The trail was a lot less creepy with the three of them with me. Theo stopped on the porch and put me down.

“I don’t want to let you climb the stairs by yourself but I don’t want the kids to find out until we want them to know.”

“Of course! Plus, we probably shouldn’t risk your back.” I cringed as soon as I said it and watched all three of their faces turn hard. “Ignore that, please. I’m nervous.”

Leon gripped the back of my neck and turned me to face him completely.

“Why are you nervous?”

I stared down at my feet and shrugged.

“I don’t know. I’m just worried about how it’ll be inside. Will we still avoid each other in the house? I don’t want to be weirdin front of the kids, because you’re right, they shouldn’t know about this until—”

When the silence stretched on after I cut myself off, I finally had to peek up to see their expressions. Dominic’s wide grin took me aback.

“Until we know it’s real? Until it’s official? Until what, Kitten?” He stroked a knuckle down my cheek. “No more avoiding each other. We just won’t be all over each other in front of the kids. Simple. We’ll decide together when to tell them.”

I had more questions. Were we official? What did official even mean?

“I’ve never dated anyone before. If that’s what this is. I don’t have any real-life experience, just what I’ve read and seen through friends. I’m not really sure what all to expect.”

Leon hugged me tighter.

“We’ll be good to you, Kitten.”

It didn’t answer all the questions I had but I decided it was enough for the night. I hadn’t realized just how exhausted I was.

“Okay. How does this next part work? Does someone tuck me into bed or…?”

Theo laughed and pulled me away from Leon.

“Fuck it. I’m just going to carry you. I’ll tuck you in and even read you a bedtime story if you need one.”

I found myself upside down, over his shoulder, with my face eye level with his butt. I laughed while patting it.

“I was going to complain but this is fine.”

“Goodnight, Kitten.” Dom patted my butt and laughed when I hissed at the tenderness of my butt.

“We’ll see you first thing in the morning.” Leon leaned down to press a kiss to the back of my head. “Be good.”

I sighed happily and just hung out while Theo carried me to my room. He put me down in my bathroom and turned me toward the shower.

“Wash that asshole’s touch off you, Kitten. I’ll get your bed ready for you.”
