“Let’s just play twister. It’s a classic.” Hudson says as he waves his hands, making Evan roll his eyes. “We already have the mat.”
Gigi quickly steps in. “Now, all in favour of Twister, raise your hand.” We all raise our hands.
I usher the group to the living room. “The lot of you go get set up, someone can grab the box and I’ll get some more wine.”
Everyone stands, moving out of the room apart from Levi who stays, though I’m not quite sure why. I arch a brow at him, a small smirk pulling at my lips. Levi stares at me for a few seconds before striding purposefully toward me until our chests are flush against one another.
I tip my head back to keep eye contact. “Hi.” I whisper.
“Hi.” He winds his fingers through my hair in a light grip before tentatively bringing his full lips to mine in a light kiss.
Even as he pulls away, I stay locked in his gaze. Once I snap out of it, I place my hand on his chest and push him away, needing space before we never even make it to game night. “I’ll be there soon, okay?”
He grasps my hips, pulling me back toward him so that I’m flush against him. He leans down, his words a soft whisper in my ear. “What do you say we place a bet?” His voice is gravelly as he shrugs his shoulder playfully, making a grin pull at my lips. What a vast difference from the Levi that I met only a month ago.
I arch a brow at him. “What are we playing for, Carter?”
I notice a mischievous sparkle in his eye before he even speaks. “Let’s just say…” He trails off, finding his words before continuing, “If you win, you can take control and do whatever you want to me. But, if I win, then I get to take the lead and do whatever I want to you.”
I almost laugh at the thought of Levi being in control. I hold it back. I’m always in control and that won’t change today.
I pull away from him to meet his eyes, “You’re on.”
A grin pulls across his face. He places one last rough kiss on my lips before walking backward, giving me a quick wink before turning to leave.
Once I enter the living space, I see the coffee table pushed out of the way, the mat laid out on the floor.
Sitting between Levi and Hudson, I pour myself a glass of wine before passing the bottle along.
Gigi looks toward us, jutting her chin. “Scarlett, Levi. You’re up.”
I shrug, taking a big gulp of my wine before standing and making my way to the mat, Levi following me.
I look at him, a small smirk taking over my face, making him bite his lip.
Gigi grabs onto the spinner board, flicking the tab before calling out, “Right foot green.”
Levi and I move accordingly before awaiting our next instruction.
“Left hand blue.” We move our hands to a blue circle.
We follow the next directions. Right hand yellow, left foot red, left hand green, right hand blue… Now I’ve somehow found myself twisted around Levi, my head right in front of his crotch.
He looks down his body to me, eyelids slightly hooded. I bite my lip, peering up at him through my lashes. I hear a grumble roll through him at that.
“Right foot yellow.”
I manoeuvre myself so that I’m now straddling him. Noticing a slight bulge in his shorts, I subtly graze my thigh over it, making him collapse almost instantaneously.
I lower myself down toward him, holding myself so that there's just the slightest space between us.
“I win.” I whisper into his ear, before pressing myself back up and moving off the mat.
Levi is slow to get up, ambling off the mat and throwing himself down on the couch beside me. Gigi and Bennett get up, ready to play, handing the board over to Hudson.
I lean into Levi, watching the shitshow that is Gigi and Bennett moving around the mat, laughing, and arguing playfully on each move. I adjust myself so that I’m resting my hand overhis bare thigh and start to slightly brush my fingers across his skin.
Goosebumps immediately break out and I notice him shiver slightly. I keep my eyes on the game, glancing around the room quickly to see everyone fully focused on the game going down in front of us.
