“You’d think so—butmy brother is crazy possessive and likes to threaten death on innocent bystanders.” I’m shaking my head no—that he’s wrong, when he really isn’t that far off.
“Really?” Her eyes are wide as she stares at me.
“I mean—yeah technically. But in a hot way. You’ll understand when you meet him. Trust me—you’ll know him when you see him.” Her eyes widen further, looking over my shoulder.
“I see him.” A hand snakes around my waist, pulling me back against him.
“Benjamin—” Aaron says. “I want to go homeright now.” My eyes meet Andrea’s.
“Yeah—I get it.” She nods. I grin at her and say my goodbyes. Aaron’s apartment is a bit further than mine is, so we take his truck when I’m staying at his place. So I follow him to the parking lot in silence. He’s so expressionless and rigid that I can’t read him. It’s awkward as hell.
It’s like this until we get home and he walks into the apartment and stands in the living room—his back to me.
“Aaron? Are you okay?” His hands are trembling.
“Benjamin—” There’s a warning in his voice—the same warning I received the very first time he saw me naked in the shower. “Don’t come near me or talk to me until you’re ready to get fucked.”Oh. I consider saying I’m ready now—but I’m gross. I take the world’s fastest yet most efficient shower and when I’m done, I don’t bother dressing. He’s in the same spot I left him.
“I’m ready.”
“Great.” He’s on me so fast—snatching me up and shoving his tongue into my mouth, his hand on my ass—the other around my waist to pick me up and hold me against him. He’s walking and then I’m slammed against the wall—anoofleaving me as he uses his hips to pin me.
“Aaron—”
“God—you’re trying to kill me. You singing to me, Benjamin?” He kisses my neck and I’m sighing and grabbingat him.
“I’m always singing to you.” He growls against me, nipping at my skin.
“You have fun announcing to the world you have a boyfriend?” Oh. Is he mad that I outed us? Was it a secret? Why do I want to cry?
“I’m sorry—did you not like it?” Aaron scoffs, pulling his mouth from my neck to meet my eyes.
“If you’d let me, I’d bend you over on that stage and fuck you until you cry so that everyone there knows who you belong to.” A shiver runs up me—a whine leaving my lips when he grinds his thigh against my dick. “Scratch that. If anyone else ever sees you naked I’ll kill them.”
Alright Felix—you win this round of how crazy can Aaron be.
“That’s so hot.” I tell him and he stares at me for a long moment.
“You sounded so beautiful, Button. I know how good you are and I’m still blown away every time.” I can feel hot tears welling up in my eyes—the praise always means so much to me. I never got it before him.
“Thank you.” He kisses me once, soft and sweet.
“Now—I’m going to rail you and if you come before I tell you to, I get to fuck you in the kitchen.”
“Oh my fucking God, Aaron.”
Chapter Thirty Two
May 2021
Benjamin
The beginning of May. Spring semester has come to a close and somehow, I made it through without failing any classes. Phoebe is playing more nights at Cavetown, and I’ve been noticed in public twice now, which was creepy and awesome. That second day it happened Aaron took me home and fucked me against the bedroom wall, then whispered to me—
“The next time some guy comes up to you asking for an autograph—trying to get your number, I want you to remember how good it feels to come on my dick. That this is what you come home to. Come on it, Button.”
Oh boy—did I ever. Aaron is never mad. Quite the opposite—he’s very happy for me and the rest of the band. But the animal side of his brain has the immediate need to fuck my brains out once he feels someone else is coming for me—for his spot as world’s hottest, most fuckable boyfriend. Which is impossible, but I like getting railed all the time, so I don’t mind soothing his needs. I don’t mind entertaining him when he feels he has something to prove.
Brews doesn’t need so many baristas during breaks so I was temporarily let go. Fortunately, Jenna works at our local grocery store in town—Havenmart, and got me a part-time job there. Since Felix and I share an apartment and his parents pay half the bills for the place, my rent is really cheap. It all worked out perfectly. Now I can work on the band and see Aaron more before third year starts. Aaron is still working at the pet store, but he’s also taking a summer class this break to make up for one he failed while I was admitted.
