“You’re mine now, Viola,” Zyre said softly against my neck. “My seed is inside of you, marking you as mine, and nothing can take you away from me.”
“But you’re still hard…”
“Myblavwill keep melockedinside of you until you milk it dry.” He laughed deep and husky against my neck. “But you don’t need to worry, myfeeders will keep you hydrated as we mate late into the night.”
Without another word, my mate continued stroking, petting, sucking, andmaking sweet growls against my neck as he gave me everything he had, making sure he was guided through my orgasmic journey to its fullest—all night long until the first morning sun broke.
EPILOGUE
ZYRE
Aloud knock on my bedroom’s balcony door jolted me awake, instantly putting myself into a defensive mode.
There wasn’t a soul that would dare step foot onto a private balcony from a hometree that wasn’t theirs, unless they were asking for trouble.
Myluwaerileaned over and whispered softly, “Who is it?”
“I don’t know,” I replied in the same hushed tone as I slowly climbed out from underneath the blanket and walked silently to the closest wall.
Closing my eyes, I pressed my hand against it and asked the hometree for some guidance.
A growl escaped my lips from its reply, and I thanked it for answering me.
“Viola, go get your psydaggers.” I jerked my head toward the balcony. “We may need them.”
“On it.” She nodded, her face turning serious as she dashed into her closet.
Another knock shook the door.
“I know you’re in there,” Rynez shouted, his words coming out muffled. “I had my hometree check. I need to talk to you… to both of you.”
“It better be to beg for forgiveness,” Viola shouted as she entered the room in her full battle regalia, ready to slay anything that crossed her. “Or else he may find himself at the end of my blade.”
My chest swelled with pride from my warriorluwaeri. I loved it when she was protective over everything.
Pulling open the thick curtains that blocked the sun—Viola called them black out curtains—I swung open the balcony door, knowing myluwaeriwas directly behind me, ready to defend me or kick him off of our land, if need be.
Two audible gasps sounded from both sides of me, sending me into an alert.
“What?” I asked, looking between both my brother and myluwaerias they both stared at me in shock. “What is it?”
“Your hair,” Viola replied, tears forming on the sides of her eyes. “They finally bloomed.”
Grabbing a lock, I pulled it in front of my face, and my knees gave away in shock.
A large fuchsia and teal flower had blossomed at the end of the lock.
“They are all like that,” Viola said as she knelt beside me and toyed with my hair. “Each and every one of your vines in your hair has one at its end.”
“Thank you, Viola.” I plucked the flower in my hand from my hair and tucked it in hers. “Now you can have a part of me with you at all times.”
Tears fell from her cheeks as she wrapped her arms around me and gave me a warm hug.
As I opened my eyes, I found Rynez holding something in his hand as he stared at us.
“What’s that?” I asked, instantly grabbing Viola’s attention.
She released me and spun around to see what I was looking at.
“Oh my God, where did you find that?” Viola grabbed the purple rectangle object from Rynez’s grasp, and he willingly gave it to her.
“I found it along my side of the river,” he replied, watching her intently.
“What is it, Viola?”
“A cell phone.”
