CHAPTER 11 - ETHAN
Ican’t help but be amused by Leo’s reaction, he honestly thought I meant his wife? The guy must be dense. Then again, he is straight so maybe it didn’t cross his mind. Sarah wanted to jump at the chance when they believed it was her that I wanted, which I could see upset Leo by the way his eyes widened and shoulders slumped as she was evidently up for it.
I sit back in my chair and watch as Sarah runs after Leo to prevent him from leaving. She is way more open to this offer, which I find interesting. Does Leo realize that she does not want him or their marriage? Because I would never give my man’s body up for any amount of money.
“Leo, come back and sit down so we can discuss this like adults, please. You can’t storm out on your boss. At least hear him out,” she says, whispering into his ear, but not low enough that I can’t hear her. His gorgeous face contorts into disbelief and maybe disgust, his nose iswrinkled up and mouth set in a firm line of defiance. It just makes him hotter to me. The idea of making this firecracker of a guy become submissive to me lights a fire of engulfing lust in my blood that has my cock in a constant state of hardness.
“What the fuck is wrong with you? How can you even consider this?” he bellows at her, redness spreading down his throat, his anger palpable enough that I almost feel the rumbling of it underneath my feet.
Sarah sighs, relaxing her arms but pulling back her shoulders as a move of defiant confidence. “Leo, I’m not making you do anything. But that money would change our lives, you know we can’t keep going as we are anymore. Do you want to move back home? Don’t you want us to have our dream here and start a family? This would make it so much easier, plus you can start your own business with your sculptures. We could do what we want,” she says with a soft voice, and it’s quite convincing.
“Right. And what about me, Sarah? You are asking me to sleep with a man, betray our marriage, for what? Do you know what you’re asking? Would you be okay knowing what I did? Because for me I wouldn’t even have asked you to consider it. Not for any money,” he says.
I don’t believe that’s the only reason. Leo is scared he will like it. That he will like it because it’s me, and he’s right to be scared.
“This was a proposition, purely business. You get what you want, and I get what I want,” I say as I standand move a little closer to them where they are standing in the living room.
“I don’t want to make you uncomfortable, Leo,” I say, not meaning a single word.
“Comfortable? Do you hear yourself? First, I’m not gay and secondly I’m married, which you both seem to have conveniently forgotten,” he shouts at me, moving closer to me until there is only a foot between us. His eyes are hazel pools of fury and I can’t look away. Imagining what they would look like as I push into his virgin hole. I wonder if he is loud when he comes? Shit. I shake off the fantasy and try to take a hold of this conversation before he walks away.
“I don’t see the problem if Sarah is happy with this. It’s just one night,” I step closer to him and lean down until my lips graze his ear, “But remember who you are talking to, Leo. I’m your boss and even though this is a shock, you will respect me. Do you understand?” I say in a low even voice. As I pull back his eyes are wide, his breathing is rapid. Hmm, he likes that. Changing tactics, I step back.
“Why don’t you both go home and think about it. The offer stands for seven days from now, if I hear nothing from you then I shall assume it’s a no. We can go over any details when you’re ready,” I say, and they both visibly relax. Without a goodbye or even a glance, Leo walks away towards the hallway and as Sarah goes to follow him, she stops and looks over her shoulder.
“Thank you, Ethan. We’ll be in touch,” she says witha small smile. Who would’ve thought I’d have the wife in my corner? This has turned out better than I thought it would. Pressure from myself and Sarah will have Leo in the palm of my hands in no time. As I hear the door close, I make my way to my bedroom planning to get off to thoughts of Leo, and making him mine.
CHAPTER 12 - LEO
Ican still feel the way he looked at me. The way he whispered in my ear before I left. Fucking psycho asshole. It follows me home like a second shadow, impossible to shake. By the time we reach the apartment, my hands are trembling. Not visibly, I hope, but enough that I have to curl them into fists inside my coat pockets. We haven’t spoken since we left, and I didn’t want to because it would make what just happened become true.
Sarah unlocks the door too hard. It sticks like always. She swears under her breath, shoves it open with her shoulder. The apartment smells like old coffee and lemon cleaner. Normal. Small. Safe.
I drop my keys into the bowl by the door and just stand there, heart still beating too fast, Ethan’s voice echoing in my head.
I want Leo.
Not flirtation. Not drunken bravado, just a simplestatement.
Sarah doesn’t even take her shoes off before she starts.
“A million dollars,” she says, turning on me, eyes bright and feverish. “Do you understand how much money that is?”
“I understand,” I say quietly.
My voice sounds wrong to my own ears, like I’m underwater.
She paces the length of the living room, stepping around the coffee table like it’s an obstacle in a race.
“That’s more than we could ever dream to make, Leo. We could pay everything off. Move. You could quit that stupid hotel job if you wanted.”
“That’s not the point.”
She stops and stares at me like I’ve spoken another language.
“I would do it, for us,” she says, and I laugh loudly at how shameless she is.
“Oh how big of you. I feel so loved. My wife loves me so much, she would be willing to sleep with the hot rich guy for us to get out of debt. Stop…your words move me,” I say, removing my shoes and walking over to the bedroom, removing my clothes that feel dirty on my body.
