“I’ll hold you to it,” I warn him.

“I’m sure you will,” he says, giving me another wink.

Stop winking at me, you fucking dick tease.

“Okay, boys, this is our last stop.” The bus parks in the back of an empty alleyway. They all seem very confused, until the door opens and Nate Lewis, owner of The Paradise Club, greets them.

“Fuck, what are you doing here?” Christian asks Nate.

“This is my club. It opens next month. Thought I’d let my best customers check it out first,” Nate states as we head toward the entry.

I’ve organized new clothes for the guys to get changed into, picked especially by me, it was the only time I would be able to style them the way I would like. We all have showers and freshen up from the dust and the heat of the desert. Once we are all dressed, the very sexy Nate walks us along a darkened corridor to another room where there’s a stage and stripper poles.

“Derrick, this better not be strippers?” Christian asks, suddenly panicked. I just smile because he has no idea what is about to happen. The girls wanted to put on a show for the boys, especially Ness, who has only started getting her groove back since the surgery, and she wanted to do something for her man but also for herself. But it’s very sweet seeing him panicked over strippers. “Dude, we’re in Vegas, and it’s your birthday. Of course, you’re getting strippers.”

“No, I don’t want to be here, I won’t do that to Ness,” Christian yells at me.

“Dammit, I just lost a twenty-dollar bet. Ness told me you wouldn’t be into this, but I thought, No way in hell. I honestly thought you would be up for strippers just like the old days.” I grin at him as suddenly the spotlights on the stage turn on andout walks Vanessa with two strippers, each carrying a chair. Christian looks shocked, confused, and slightly relieved. He sure does have it bad for my girl. And good, so he should, she’s awesome.

“Axel, Christian, your ladies are waiting,” Vanessa tells them. Christian looks from her to them and back to her. Vanessa whispers something in his ear and saunters away, but he still doesn’t look relaxed. The music starts, and the two blondes start dancing around them. Axel is enjoying the girls, but Christian is freaking out, and now I feel kind of bad that he is super uncomfortable there. I can’t hear what they are saying, but Axel says something to his brother, and the next thing we know, Christian is getting up from his chair and running off stage.

“He’s off to find his woman,” Axel yells out to us.

“I’m going to do the same,” Evan says, staring down at his phone, then disappearing.

We’ve moved the party from the stripper room to the club. The Sons of Brooklyn boys have arrived, while Evan and Sienna have disappeared, probably off making more gorgeous babies, which is lucky because Charlotte is here, as is Blake, but things don’t look great between them. I’m going to have to find out what is going on there from my girl. Chance is in the corner talking to Johnny, he smiled and hugged me when he arrived, but that was the extent of our interaction, and honestly, it made my stomach turn at how easily he can dismiss what we have in front of people. You knew what you signed on for.Still stings. I need to distract myself, otherwise, I’m going to do something stupid. I see Finn standing in the corner by himself watchingIsla and Tyler flirt. Those two have history together, and I say good for her, giving Finn a taste of his own medicine, which seems to have left a bitter taste in his mouth judging by the scowl that is on his face.

“So, what’s happening tonight?” I ask Finn.

“I’m not sure.”

“She’s not interested in him,” I tell him, taking a sip of my beer.

“Doesn’t mean she won’t have sex with him,” he grumbles, throwing back his drink.

It doesn’t feel nice watching someone you have feelings for being with someone else. I’d call that karma, Mr. Connolly, but I don’t say that. “True. The boy is hot, and she’s fucked him before, and …”

“And?”

I smirk at him. “And it was good.” Finn glares at me. “But not as good as it is with you.”

Finn stiffens upon hearing that little tidbit. I’m being messy, but if my love life is a clusterfuck, then I can at least help my girls find love.

“She’s talked about us?” he whispers to me.

I look him up and down. “But don’t worry, she doesn’t know about your dirty little secret.” I watch as the color disappears from his face. That’s right, mister. I know your secret, and I’ve been biding my time to talk to you about it because if he is treating Isla the way Chance is treating me, I will not stand for it. “I’ve seen you, Finn Connolly.” It was a shock when I first saw him, I thought it couldn’t be true.

Micah had invited me to this private room at the club, where we were invited to join in some kind of orgy, and I was down with that. Chance was off fucking some woman, and I declined what was becoming more threesomes with women than I was comfortable with. My man Micah was on duty that night, andI decided that I would leave Chance with two women, much to his delight, and go entertain myself with him instead. He brought us to this room, where the party had already started, and when we stepped into it, I almost had a heart attack because there in the middle of the room, tied up, blindfolded, and spread-eagled was none other than Finn Connolly. I knew those tattoos anywhere. My mind wasn’t comprehending because there was nothing but men in this room.

A man walked over to Finn and started sucking his cock, making him moan. Maybe Finn doesn’t know it’s a man, he is blindfolded, because as far as I was concerned, he was straight. So is Chance to the world. Is Finn a Chance 2.0? Then another man stepped up and shoved his cock down Finn’s throat, and the way he greedily sucked on it is when I realized that Finn liked men, no straight man is doing what he is. He knows exactly what is happening? I excused myself from the room. I wasn’t about to join in on that. I would never do that to Isla, but Finn and I needed to have a conversation about it because I didn’t understand what I saw.

“Don’t worry, your secret is safe … for now. But you’re going to have to tell her at some point, it’s only fair,” I warn him, because Isla is in love with that man and she won’t ever be able to move on from him unless he cuts the cord. Finn stares down at his crystal tumbler, contemplating my words.

“She’s not going to look at me the same.”

I can hear the fear in his voice, and it breaks my heart. Finn may have a secret like Chance does, but I don’t think he’s as confused as Chance is. “She loves you, Finn. But I understand why you would keep this secret from her. Does anyone else know?”

“Oscar,” Finn confesses.
