Good luck, dickhead.

I used to work for the idiot, but he quit the shady shit for his woman, so that left our friendship as the only thing that connected us.

Link:

Aww, it still touches me, inappropriately, that you care.

Travis:

Fuck off.

Chuckling, I pocketed my phone while thinking and hoping that Ryo would be for me what Vi was for Travis.

Was Ryo going to be special enough to entice me away from all the glorious money I got from trading?

Hell, he could be just as interested in the money and want to run my empire with me.

My cock throbbed at the thought of Ryo guarding and scowling behind me, like he had for Wolf, as I conducted business meetings. Though, I wouldn’t want him behind me. I’d try and con him into being under the table, keeping my cock warm in his cute, pouty mouth.

Christ, I was going to have to wank before I left or I’d probably hump his leg.

In the restaurant’sprivate room, I twirled the knife through my fingers and stared at the door, waiting for Ryo to appear. I thought this secluded area would be best, since I wanted all his attention on me and not wandering around a busy restaurant.

Besides, this was where we’d first laid eyes on each other.

It was special.

Like he was.

Okay, maybe I was jumping ahead of myself and allowing my lust to take hold, but fuck me, Ryo was sex on a stick.

The door opened, and a waiter appeared first before moving in and stepping off to the side.

Then… there he stood in the doorway with a scowl.

I grinned as my heart skipped a damn beat.

This man stole my breath.

Pushing back my chair, I stood. “Thanks for coming, Ryo.”

His scowl deepened as he stalked across the floor and pulled out the chair opposite me. “Yes” was all he said as he sat. “Half an hour,” he reminded me.

My smile grew, and I nodded. Taking my seat again, I told him, “She lied. I don’t have girlfriends or boyfriends. I sleep with people but have never been in a steady relationship. I fucked Cassandra months ago, and when she wanted back in my bed, I refused. She no longer works for me.”

“All right,” Ryo said.

“All right?” I asked as the waiter approached.

Ryo must have heard him, too, since he didn’t say anything else.

“Can I get you drinks?” the waiter asked.

“Whiskey with cola. Ryo?”

“Water, please.”

Water? Water wasn’t a good sign. It made me think I couldn’t get him to stay longer than the set time.
