“And that’s what you don’t seem to understand,” Eli told her. “There’s no you in this relationship. There’s us. Your debts, your bills, your expenses are ours.”
“Then yours are mine,” she told them.
Ah-ha. She had them now.
“No.” That was all Kellan said.
“No?” she asked.
“No,” he repeated.
“That’s all you have to say?”
“Oh, I have more to say,” Eli murmured. “Like why don’t you lie down on the bed so we can ravage that gorgeous body of yours?”
Yikes.
“So this conversation is just closed? I don’t get an opinion?”
Kellan stepped back and started to strip off his clothes, leaving Eli standing in front of her.
He brushed back her hair. “You always get an opinion, baby. And we will always listen. But we’ve told you how we feel about taking care of you. It’s what we want to do. What we need to do. And we wouldn’t feel like us if we let you pay for things for us.”
“I don’t want you guys to get tired of that, though. I don’t want you to feel like I’m with you for what you can buy me.”
“Believe me. We don’t think that,” Eli reassured her.
“Yes. We know you’re with us for our hot bodies,” Kellan added.
There went his sense of humor again.
Although when she glanced over at him and saw his naked body . . . holy heck.
Maybe that was part of it.
He. Was. Gorgeous.
She didn’t think she’d ever get tired of looking at him. Eli slept in pajama bottoms, with his chest bare. And he liked to cuddle so she got to spend lots of time snuggled into his bare skin.
However, Kellan barely slept and when he did it was in full pajamas.
So this felt like it was Christmas day and she had just unwrapped an amazing present.
“You’re so sexy,” she said, her gaze moving over his chest and lower.
To his firm, thick dick.
Holy. Heck.
How was that going to work?
“Don’t stress,” Eli told her. “You’re under no pressure to take us tonight.” He drew her away from the wall, then stood behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist.
She noticed that Horse had disappeared to his bed in the living area.
Probably for the best. He didn’t need to see this.
Kellan backed up and closed the door. She winced, waiting for Horse to cry. But there were no noises. Thank goodness.
