“Clench,” he commanded.

Again, Arabella clenched down, letting out a small moan.

Shoot. That wasn’t too loud, was it? She froze but he didn’t say anything.

Thank goodness.

And then he returned to teasing her clit with his tongue, his fingers driving in and out of her. Every time her brain started to try and take over, she took a deep breath in and let it out, pushing everything away until it was just the two of them.

And then she reached the edge.

So close. Why couldn’t she fall over? What was wrong with her?

“Breathe,” Kellan said sharply. “And now come.”

That was crazy. He didn’t think she was just going to come, did he?

And yet she felt herself fall over the edge, her entire body tensing as a scream left her mouth.

He rose and pressed his lips to hers, smothering the sound. Then he gathered her close, hugging her against him, steadying her with his body as she shook.

That was so intense and so overwhelming.

“Eli,” he called out.

“I wondered when I would get called in. Fuck, those noises she was making nearly had me coming without even touching my cock. What’s wrong?”

“She needs some aftercare,” Kellan said. “We didn’t really play but I did take command and I slapped her thigh a few times to get her attention.”

“Seems like you’re giving pretty good aftercare right now,” Eli told him.

“I don’t give aftercare. I’m not . . . good at it.” The admission seemed to be forced out of him in a low voice.

“Well, you need to learn and there’s no time like now. I might not always be around, you know.”

Both Arabella and Kellan stiffened and turned to look at the other man.

Eli held his hands up. “Not like that! I don’t mean it in that way. I’m going to be here. But the two of you deserve youralone time together. It’s why I didn’t storm in here the first time I heard that sexy moan coming from her.” Eli winked at her. “Fucking beautiful.”

She blushed and leaned her head against Kellan’s chest. Eli gave her a pointed look.

Right. Sometimes with Kellan you had to tell him what you wanted. She didn’t know much about aftercare. But she knew that she liked this.

“I like when you cuddle me. When I was . . . when I was coming,” she whispered the word like a dork, “I felt like I was splintering apart. You holding me like this, firmly and yet carefully, it makes me feel safe. It makes me feel grounded.”

“Yeah?” he asked.

“Yes. Definitely.”

“All right, I can do that.”

“Of course you can. You can do anything. Including keeping yourself as safe as you keep me. So I always have you.”

“Like I’m always going to have you?” he asked. There was no change in his voice but she was certain she could feel the vulnerability.

Leaning back, she glanced up at him. “I didn’t enter into this lightly. My plan was to never have a relationship with any man because I didn’t believe I could trust them. But you guys have wormed your way into my heart and mind until I can think of little else. Until I know that I will always think about you both, want you both. I’m trying to be brave, to trust, to take a chance.”

“We will show you that we are worth it.”
