“He really didn’t,” Conrad added. There was obviously more to the story, but with their old alpha having to stand trial in front of the council for selling off three members of his pack, Viggo could wait until they knew each other better to get it out of them.

“Well, I’m traditional,” Viggo said, gruff. “Bjorn can sit down with you later and go over how it all works.”

Sebastian raised his hand, and Viggo bit back a laugh at the gesture. “Yes, Sebastian?”

“Can I be there for that as well?”

“Of course,” Viggo said. “Would you like your own house or apartment?” He felt like he had to ask, though it galled.

Sebastian shook his head. “No, thank you. I think I’ll just move in with you and Bjorn once the new school year starts. I already told my mom.”

Viggo had to clamp down on his wolf’s yip of excitement to prevent it from bursting out of his mouth, though there was no holding back his grin. Looking next to him, he noticed Bjorn was having a very similar reaction.

“You want to move in with us?”

Sebastian nodded. “I already told my mom, and that was the hard part.”

Viggo bit back his first comment, which was to ask why notnow, refusing to push Sebastian to move in sooner. If Sebastian wanted to wait until after the summer, then Viggo would give him that time.

“I’m really happy,” he said, reaching over and squeezing Sebastian’s neck. “How about you invite your mother for dinner in the city? We can meet her and show her that we’re not savages.”

Bjorn nodded his agreement.

“Maybe in a few weeks?” Sebastian said, hesitant.

“When you’re ready.” Viggo tweaked his ear, stroking his cheek before pulling his hand back. He turned to address the whole table. “And speaking of ready, we need to prepare for next week’s full moon. Any requests?”

At first, no one spoke, but then Bjorn got the ball rolling by asking to bring food so that they could have a picnic in the morning. The idea seemed to baffle Max and Conrad, but Josh looked enthused.

“Oh, if we’re doing a camping theme, can we put up a tent? That way Sebastian and I can come and stay in the woods with you while you guys run around and do your thing.” He turned to Sebastian. “If you want, that is.”

“That sounds fun,” Sebastian said. The idea of Sebastian spending the full moon with them had Viggo’s metaphorical tail wagging up a storm. “We can build a fire and have smores!”

Bjorn growled. “We are not building fires. Have you not been listening to a word I’ve-” He shut up at Sebastian’s grin. “Oh. That was a joke.”

“No fires,” Sebastian confirmed.

Viggo sat back and watched the discussion, chest full to bursting with happiness. This was his pack. They were all healthy, no one was feral, and Sebastian wanted to move in to be with him and Bjorn.

Life was good.

SEBASTIAN

Sebastian looked out over the park from his perch on the penthouse couch, a delicious cappuccino from the bakery on the ground floor next to him and a stack of his new students’ first assignments to be graded in his lap.

It was his second week living with Viggo and Bjorn, and despite what his mother had predicted, he was blissfully happy. The two werewolves pampered him, showering him with affection every day, and at night they skillfully took him apart and put him back together in ways he’d never even imagined.

Who would have thought nipple clamps could be so fun?

Viggo had once told him that he would teach his hole to stretch, and he’d delivered on that promise. Sebastian couldn’t believe it, but after a month of work, he could now handle Viggo fucking into him with full power, and he’d come to crave the feeling of Bjorn’s softball-sized knot plugging his hole until it felt like he was going to pass out.

The fact that he didn’t have to worry about money was a nice bonus.

Grading his students’ assignments, Sebastian was pleased to see that most of them had done very well. He was halfway through the pile when he heard the ping of the elevator. He didn’t look up, but the sound of stomping footsteps coming toward him made him grin into his lap. That determined stride could only be Bjorn.

It was.
