“I didn’t ask you about your penchant for getting yourself into trouble. I asked why you’re seducing all three of us.” He crossed his arms in front of hischest.

“I don’t know,” I said. “You’re all hot. You’ve all been kind to me—well, you are now. You were a super-jerk at first.” I leaned against the wall. “It’s been a while for me. Maybe I’m just lonely.” I blew out a breath. “Maybe you’re three extremely eligible bachelors, and my libido wants to take advantage. Maybe you’re three extremely eligible bachelors, and I see some excellent husband material! I. Don’t. Know.” I looked away. I didn’t want him to realize what I had. I was damnlonely.

His hand touched my chin, drawing my gaze back to his. “I understand,” he said. “You’re attracted to me, tous.”

Inodded.

“You’re used to polyamorous relationships?” His expression wasskeptical.

I noddedagain.

“I’d be willing,” hesaid.

My jaw dropped. “Hold on. I don’t know what I want. I’m not sure if a relationship is it. Plus, you’re clearly still mourning—which is totally understandable.” I put my hands up in the universal motion for stop. “Do you always go this fast? I know I said move on, but slow it down alittle.”

“I do.” He stepped closer tome.

I pressed myself harder against the wall, dying for his touch and also terrified of it. “And yourmourning?”

He stopped advancing. “I’ll always love mywife.”

“Ofcourse.”

“She’d want me to move on. You’re absolutely right about that.” He stepped forward again. “It won’t beeasy.”

“Easy!” I exclaimed. “Slow down there, killer.” Geez, the guy was about to freaking propose marriage. “Let’s take this one step at a time. Hows about we talk to Chandler and Ellionfirst?”

“After what happened in the gym, they won’t have any problems.” He was finally close enough to touch me. He grabbed my hips and hoisted me up thewall.

I ignored the protest from my ribs at all the activity I was throwing their way and wrapped my legs around his waist. He was absolutely ready to consummate our newly budding relationship, and I wasn’t far behind. The inferno between my legsrekindled.

“Let’s start here,” he said, burying his face in myneck.

I threw my head back and moaned. “Okay,” I croaked. By then, I was unable to think of a single reason to sayno.

Every reservation I’d ever had, every thought of propriety, taking it slow, and talking it out was hurled out the window when he bit my neck. I gasped and wiggled until he moved hishead.

“Bedroom. Now,” I commandedhim.

“What about them?” He looked toward the gym. “Later,” I gasped as his hands squeezed my ass and he pressed his lips to the soft spot behind my ear. “First, I have aquestion.”

His hands on my ass froze, and he lifted his head from my neck. “What?”

“What did I do to make you so damnangry?”

“Shut up, Linda.” He pulled me away from the wall and carried me to hisbedroom.

I took advantage of the walk to pepper kisses along his ears and jaw line. Lowering me onto the bed, he finally put his lips tomine.

“Wait,” I said. “This doesn’t mean we’re like, betrothed, does it? Cause I just wanna do it.” Oh, for Pete’s sake, did I ever want to doit.

“Shut up,Linda.”

After a few minutes, a magic genie couldn’t have shut me up. My moans wouldn’t be contained. Griffin knew what he was doing in the bedroom. His fingers worked magic over my body, and his—ahem—enormous freaking dick!—filled me like it was crafted for my bodyalone.

When he was finished with me, and I was lying on the bed feeling very happy to have given him the opportunity to finish me off, he rolled off the bed anddisappeared.

“Griffin?” I asked. “You okay?” When he didn’t reappear in the doorway, I scrambled up to look for him. My ribs, which hadn’t been bothering me as much, began to ache again in the aftermath of our rather adventurous roll in the hay. Griffin had given me quite aworkout.
