We went in, and I let her take the lead. It was a new experience to hear her movements, feel her weight, but notseeher. Every whisper of her finger over my body, every rush of her breath just wound me tighter. We undressed fast, and Nora crawled onto my lap.

“Fritz,” she said, kissing down my neck as she traced my pecs. “I just…” she said, trailing off when I traced my fingers down her spine.

Her skin was so smooth and smelled like lavender.

“I know,” I whispered.

She kissed me again, taking her time and grinding her hips against me. Her movements weren’t smooth or perfect—but they were sexy as hell because they were hers. Natural. Pure Nora.

She pushed me back onto the sleeping bag so our chests were squished together, our skin sticky with sweat, and she tensed right as my cock nudged her entrance. “I’m on the pill.”

“I’m clean,” I said against her mouth. In a bout of paranoia after the Samantha situation, I got tested every month to ease my mind. Anticipation fluttered through me at the thought of entering her bare—something I’d never done.

She lowered herself onto me, my dick easing into her, and she huffed out a breath. “You feel good.”

“Come here,” I commanded, my thoughts, emotions, and lust all combining into an exhilarating feeling. I kissed her, trying to tell her all the things I was feeling. The sounds of the trees around us provided the perfect background noise, and every touch was amplified.

The way she kissed me back and nipped my lip. The way she oh so slowly rocked her hips on me, taking me deeper. The way her hardened nipples grazed my chest. The way her grip on my shoulder tightened. I reached around and took her ass in my hands, squeezing, and wanting more of her.

She never quickened her pace as my muscles tensed with the need to release. She felt so good, warm, and mine. Her body. Bringing her pleasure. She was so tight and perfect, I needed to adjust to last. “Baby, I need to flip you over,” I said against her lips.

“Do it.”

I did.

I had her on her back, and I sucked one pert nipple into my mouth, swirling my tongue around it until she squirmed. She dug her nails into my back, and I licked her sweaty skin on my way to her other breast, biting the nipple before taking it into my mouth. I loved her tits and how she responded to my touch.

I also loved her noises and confidence. I kissed right over her heart and slid back inside her, groaning at how right she felt. This wasn’t just fucking. It was more. Being with her, like this, was the same feeling I got when I came home, but also the same excitement I had going on a vacation. She was joy and comfort.

“Fritz, please,” she begged, jutting her hips forward and taking me deeper.

I wrapped her legs around my waist and quickened my strokes. Electricity tingled on my spine as she tightened around me. She clenched her thighs as I went faster, and I lifted her lower back a bit, and that did the trick. She trembled, gripped her thighs around me harder, and moaned out my name with the sexiest, throatiest sound. “Fritz, oh God.”

I wanted that sound on replay, forever. Her hands flew everywhere, and she tightened around my cock as she fell apart. Her orgasm fueled mine, and I couldn’t hold out anymore. I thrusted harder, gripping her hip with one hand, and when she slammed her mouth against mine in a hungry kiss, white-hot pleasure overtook me.

Fuck.I kissed her back as I came, my ears ringing from the strength of the orgasm. My muscles burned, and the smell of sweat and sex filled the tent, but it wasincredible.I let out a long breath and kissed her quickly. “Wow.”

Nora didn’t answer. She arched her neck and pressed her lips on my forehead, thanking me. “Top five night of my life, Fritz.”

My voice stopped working then and there. She took it. She took all my power with that sweet little forehead kiss and confession. Had I ever been anyone’s top five night? Had anyone ever kissedmy foreheadlike I mattered to them? Even if I’d convinced myself I wasn’t in love with her before now, that gesture did it.

Sweet, weird, compassionate Nora had my heart, and I couldn’t wait to tell her Tuesday night. I’d lay it all on the table and try to convince her to stay with me here, for…ever.

Chapter Twenty-Eight

“Peter, good to see you,”I said, holding out my hand Monday afternoon as we met at a bar. It was nearly five o’clock, so a beer was in order. We had to celebrate. “Please, get what you want.”

Peter smiled and adjusted his glasses before ordering a Sam Adams. “Anthony…uh, Fritz, right? Sorry. After reading through that contract with Anthony written everywhere, I wasn’t sure what to call you.”

“Only my mom calls me Anthony. Makes me feel like I’m in trouble,” I said, laughing and pointing to his binder. “So let’s get to it.”

“Right.” He sighed and opened the black folder and pulled out a thick stack of papers. “Here are all the plans so far. I have a location and went to tour it, but I wasn’t sure what the process should be with you. Do you need to approve it?”

I studied him as he fidgeted in his seat. The hunger in his eyes reminded me of Nora—hewantedto start this business, and it would be weird if he had to answer to someone. The paper work we signed left some things open for discussion, but it came down to trust and passion. I trusted Peter to do this, and he had the passion to make sure it worked. “No, this is your choice. Any decision is yours. I just want to be informed and updated on it. If there’s something major I see, I’ll speak up, but this is your dream, man.”

His muscles relaxed just as the beers arrived. We clinked our glasses together and continued looking over the plans. “Once I put a down payment on the location, and budgeted for rent, utilities, licenses for one year, that gives me enough to start with designing it.”

“Branding will be huge too—social media, getting the word out, partnerships with other places around town. Being a college city, you should think about offering discounts to college students or a rewards card type of thing.”
