“Fuck. Yes.”
And she grinned so widely that both her eyes turned to squints. My joy matched hers and for the first time, we were on the same page. “Let me grab the keys.”
She nodded and ran her hands over her neck—a telltale sign I knew well. I clapped my hands with glee and snatched the keys off the rack. I kept them in the garage, a notion my sister bitched about, but I had three layers of security. If someone got past that, they deserved a joyride. “I need to get an extra helmet.”
“Okay.” Her singsong voice had me do a double-take, but she stared at the bike, then me, then back at the bike. Her tongue traced her bottom lip over and over, and fuck me. I wanted her. It made no sense. She annoyed me. But her mouth… I wanted to claim it.
My dick jumped to life and I forced myself to think of something else. Riding around with a major wood was not a great idea.Practice. Mowing the lawn. Cleaning. I wonder if Fiona gets waxed? Is she bare or does she leave a little landing strip?Fuck. It didn’t work.
“Honestly, I don’t need a helmet.”
“Yes, you do.” I snapped into gear. The extra one remained in the locker when it wasn’t used, which was most of the time. “Safety is a must. Have you ridden before?”
“A bike? Sure. A Harley likethis?” An unreadable glint entered her pale blue eyes. “No.”
“Get ready. It’ll change your life.” I grinned at her and passed her the helmet. Her petite frame clashed with the manly beast of a machine. I helped her fit the helmet on just right and walked her to the bike. I knew exactly where to go. She slid on right behind me.Big fucking mistake.
Her small arms clung to my abs and I was as hard as a goddamn rock. I gripped the handles and sprang the bike into action. The engine roared, the penetrating sound ricocheting around in my chest. I loved this bike. I loved the freedom, the possibilities it brought and Fiona’s body pressed against mine.
I headed down the long path and went toward the North Mountains. The valley had no traffic on Sundays. It was my favorite day to drive. And drive we did. We cruised through the scenic route, the fresh cool air blasting us both. I remembered why I’d bought this thing. It was moments like this. I didn’t think about the horrific way we’d lost our parents, or my injury and setback in my career, or Vic taking Cheryl to court. I didn’t think.
I admired the southwestern colors that meant home. The browns, reds, pale dull greens of the saguaro cacti all blended together into the perfect landscape. We saw a lone coyote and a javelina. She squeezed my arm and I slowed on the dirt path to the right of the highway. I came to a stop and she jumped off the bike.
“Oh my god. I’ve never… All my life I wanted to see a wild javelina. Can you believe it? I need a picture.” She bent over the railing and snapped about ten pictures of the wild pig. I didn’t get the craze about it, but Quinn did have a pig obsession before it turned to glitter and princesses. I sighed, following Fiona’s foolish antics, and snapped a picture to show her later. “You know, I thought javelinas would be a bigger problem in my life. Kind of like quicksand. They talked about it when we were kids a lot, well, when I was a kid. When did you graduate elementary school, 1990?”
I let out an obnoxious snort. “I’m notthatold.”
“You act like it.” She sent me a wicked smile and went back to looking over the rail. “What are you, twenty-nine?”
“I’m twenty-six.”God. I do act older than that.“I’m not even five years older than you.”
“Been doing some research on me, bud?” She turned around with her lips pursed. She didn’t appear offended. No. She smirked, like she knew where my thoughts had been recently.
“Sure did.” I scanned her body, sweatpants and all. I tried intimidating her but it was an empty threat. She didn’t give a shit about me and it turned me on to no end. “Know quite a bit about you from the internet.”
“Good. Most of it is probably lies anyway.” She dragged her teeth over her bottom lip before taking a step toward me. Desire and heat shot right through me. “I didn’t look up anything about you.”
“No? Not even remotely curious about me?” I stepped closer. Her nose almost touched my chest. “Because I’mquitecurious about you.”
“I’m an interesting person. You are not.” And she twisted my nipple like a goddamn teenager and snapped her fingers. “Let’s get back. My car won’t tow itself.”
I was flabbergasted. She gave me a titty twister. A legit twist of the nipple to the point of pain. And I wanted to return the favor. I lowered my voice so she wouldn’t have any illusions about what I meant. “Careful what you start, Fiona.”
She grinned and patted the black leather seat. I had no choice but to get back on. I’d just started the bike when her fingers grazed my pecs again, this time carefully tracing them.Naughty.This girl awoke the beast and he couldn’t be put away. I raced down the narrow roads, damn well knowing where the nearest secluded area was. It was a lake that stood about thirty minutes away from the city. And it had privacy. Especially in the winter.
I arrived there with the worst case of blue balls I’d ever had. I threw off my helmet and slid off the bike. Fiona’s eyes widened to small saucers. I caged her in, her little body having nowhere to go.
“Where are we?”
“Do you care?” I gripped her hip, tight enough to hurt. She squirmed, letting out the smallest moan.Fuck yes.“I’m going to fuck you senseless on this bike regardless of where we are.”
Chapter Eleven
Fiona
My cunt throbbed against the seat of the bike. It begged and screamed to be pounded and, for whatever fucking reason, I wantedhim. “Is that so? You’re gunna strip me down and spread me wide out here? You’re gunna fuck me in the middle of the desert?”
“Hell yeah, I am.” His slack jaw sent shivers down my body. “You’re gunna scream my name so fucking loud, it’ll echo off the lake.”
