She arches a brow.

“What?”

“Did you forget you’re inside me?” She pushes back against me.

“Not fucking likely,” I say, thrusting in deep.

“Good,” she moans, throwing her head back. “Go faster. Deeper. Harder. I want to feel you between my legs when we go back downstairs.”

“You’re perfect, Syd,” I say, pulling out and slamming back in. “So fucking perfect.”

The only sounds in the room after that are the sound of skin slapping against skin and our mutual groans and whimpers. When the tingle starts moving up my spine and I feel my balls lock up, I reach around and rub her clit in time with my thrusts, and it’s not long before we’re falling over the cliff together. I hug my wife from behind for a few seconds before slowly pulling out.

My spunk seeps down her legs, and I’m tempted to shove it back up inside her, but there’s no point. She’s still got an IUD. “Stay like that, baby. I’ll get a cloth and clean you up.”

When I return to the bedroom, the sight of my wife with her wedding dress bunched up to her waist and her ass jutting up instantly hardens my dick. It’ll be a problem unless I can get it to calm the fuck down before they call us for dinner. I press soft kisses to each of her ass cheeks as I clean her up. Then I help her fix her sexy lingerie and dress back in place.

Sydney’s cheeks are flushed, and her eyes are swimming in emotion as she turns to me. “I love you so much, Jared. Thank you for making me the happiest woman on the planet today.” She kisses me tenderly before reaching for her purse. “I want to give you your wedding gift now.”

“You mean that wasn’t it?” I joke.

“No.” Her eyes fill with tears. She’s been extra emotional today. But I get it. I’m the same. There were many years when I thought I’d lost all this. To finally have it come true, especially after all we’ve been through, is magical.

“Close your eyes,” she says, and I do what I’m told.

I know my place.

She places something cool and light in my hand.

“Open them now,” she whispers.

I stare at the stick in my hand in silence for a few beats. When I lift my head, I can hardly see her through my blurry vision. “You’re pregnant?” I choke out.

She nods, biting the corner of her lip.

“How?”

She snort-laughs. “Um, we fuck like rabbits all the time, J. Do we need to have a conversation about how these things work?”

I reel her into my arms and swat her ass through her dress. “I’m going to spank you for that later.” A wide grin lets loose. “Is this real? Has the best day of my life just become even better?”

“Yeah, babe. We made a baby. I had my IUD put in at sixteen. I forgot they only last a maximum of ten years, but I went for a routine checkup on Monday, and the ob-gyn confirmed my pregnancy, and he safely removed the IUD.”

Panic rears its head immediately. “Is the baby okay?”

“Yes, all is perfect. Don’t worry.” She pats my chest.

“So, we’ve been having unprotected sex the entire time?”

“Yup.”

“You’d think my swimmers would have hit the target before now.” I pout, feeling a little insulted.

She cracks up laughing. “Although you can technically get pregnant at any time after the IUD expires or is removed, it takes most women months to get pregnant afterward.”

We look down at her flat stomach at the same time.

“I can’t wait to see your belly swollen with our child,” I say, placing a reverential hand over her stomach.
