But this wasn't the time. I’d tell him tomorrow when he wasn’t grumpy about me waking him up.

But I couldn't wait. I had to tell him, or I was going to explode. I wasn’t made to keep secrets like this, not from my boyfriend—myDaddy.

“Matt, I swear if you don't quit flopping all over the place, I'm going to duct tape you the bed,” he threatened me.

“That sounds kinky,” I teased.

The noise he made could only be described as a growl, and not the sexy, playful kind. He was such a grumpy bear when he was sleeping. “You won't think so when it comes time for me to rip the tape off your body. Think of all the hairs that are going to stay on the adhesive.”

My entire body tensed, and I swallowed hard. Tears welled in my eyes just imagining that level of fresh hell.

“That's not very nice.” Even though he couldn't see me, I stuck out my bottom lip and pouted. He was so mean to me.

I closed my eyes and tried to block out what I'd heard from bedroom, but it was no use. I flipped over so I was facing Brandon and pressed my hand his chest. “Do you think Jayden is like you?”

That was better than coming right out and asking if he thought Jayden was a Daddy. He’d never given me Daddy vibes. Brandon, on the other hand, totally had. I still wanted to kick myself sometimes for not realizing it sooner. Taking care of people and being bossy were his love languages.

“Why are you asking me about this at one in the morning? Some of us have to be up in a few hours,” he grumbled, burying his head under the pillow.

“No, some of uschooseto get up at the ass crack of dawn. No one's forcing you,” I pointed out. Running was torture enough; I didn’t see why he had to do it before the sun was even up. And this time of year, it was cold as hell in the dark.

“True enough,” Brandon conceded. “But even if I didn't want to get my run in, why is Jayden's love life something that’s keeping both of us from sleeping? Are you in the market for a better Daddy?”

The teasing tone of his voice suggested he didn’treallythink I was considering replacing him.

“As if,” I scoffed. To butter him up a bit, I said, “No one could be a better Daddy to me than you.”

“Thenwhyin the hell are we talking about it?” Brandon groaned and flopped onto his back.

Did I tell him?It felt like I probably shouldn't because Jayden and Chase hadn't meant for me to overhear them but, at the same time, I knew me. I needed to talk to somebody about it. Talking to Brandon was easier than walking up to Chase tomorrow to ask him if Jayden was his Daddy.

“I might have…kind of overheard something tonight,” I admitted. My dick started to plump up as I wondered if it would be wrong to ask Brandon to help me act out what they’d been talking about instead of just having to tell him.

It went deeper than Jayden and Chase having a relationship like I had with Brandon. There was an added layer there, and that was what I couldn’t stop thinking about. The way Chase’s voice softened when he spoke, taking on a childlike lilt. Hearing Jayden refer to—I assumed—his dick as his winky. And I could only imagine what the binkie was—and it was definitely not the same as his winky—but it sure sounded like it was a pacifier.

Chase was a little. And that was so fucking cool, I couldn’t even explain it!

“You were eavesdropping?” The accusation stung. It wasn't like I’d tried to hear what they were saying, but Jayden wasn’t quiet, either.

“No. I was going to the bathroom and I heard them talking,” I corrected him.

“And did you keep walking?”

Dammit. He got me on a technicality. No, I didn't keep walking because how was I supposed to ignore a bomb like that?

My silence was all the answer Brandon needed. “You can't talk to them about this. If they want you to know, they'll tell you. Until then it's off limits. Got me?”

“Yeah,” I grumbled. “But I don't see why it has to be a secret.”

“Do you want them knowing I'myourDaddy?”

I let out a snort of laughter. I really didn't give a fuck. For all I cared, the entire world could know Brandon was my Daddy and it wouldn’t make a damn bit of difference. I was proud to have somebody like him to take care of me. Plus, then I wouldn't have to worry about tripping up and calling him that when other people were around. Honestly, it would make life a whole lot easier.

I did a good job the next morning at breakfast. As much as I wanted to ask Chase if he was a good boy, I kept my mouth shut. He was still getting to know us, and I wasn’t supposed to tease him. My good behavior might have had something to do with Brandon threatening to withhold sex from me if I opened my big mouth. He was really mean when he wanted to be. Forced celibacy wasn’t a punishment that fit the crime of having fun with one of my roommates.

Brandon walked me to my first class and pulled me in for a quick kiss before disappearing around the corner. I’d told him he didn’t have to walk with me, but I secretly loved that he did.

It was hard to concentrate during my classes. My mind kept replaying little snippets I'd picked up over the past week or so. The way Jayden did things for Chase. The fact Chase always deferred to him when anyone asked him a question. The cartoon pajamas that no one picked on Chase for wearing. It wasn't fair that he got to wear fun jammies and I didn't.
