At certain times of the year, I would take a hunting trip. Sometimes I went alone; other times my cousin and best friend Marcel would come with me. He had a girl he was dealing with, so they had plans for the weekend. I didn’t mind going alone. It gave me time to chill without people bothering me.

Damn near seven days a week, I worked as an HVAC tech. I liked my job, but sometimes that shit was tiring.

Tammy walked over to me and put her hand on my dick. We’d just fucked a few minutes prior, but I wasn’t going to turn her down.

She dropped to her knees and pulled my dick out. She swallowed that shit and made my knees buckle.

“Who’s going to take care of you over the next couple of days?” she asked my dick. She placed soft kisses on the head. “I’ll miss you.”

I looked down at her like she was crazy, and maybe she was. She put my dick back in her mouth and it touched the back of her throat. Her mouth watered more as she gagged on it.

I palmed the back of her head and guided her. I leaned against the wall to brace myself as my dick slid in and out of her mouth.

“I know what you trying to do,” I said as I looked down at her. “My answer won’t change. Fuck.” I groaned when she cupped my balls.

Before I gave myself a chance to nut, I reached for a condom and put it on. I made Tammy get on her bed on all fours. Ineeded to make this shit quick because I had to handle a couple of things before I was off the grid.

Whenever I went hunting, I cut off communication with everyone. My parents were doing their own thing for the weekend, and so was Marcel. Nobody else called me because I didn’t fuck with anyone else. Tammy didn’t count, and I hadn’t had a solid relationship in a few years.

My last girl tried to control me, so I had to let her ass go. I wasn’t the nigga to let a chick tell me what to do. Since she was gone, I’d been chilling. Fucking when I felt like it, and I didn’t have to deal with anyone outside of the bedroom. I wasn’t looking for shit, and the chicks I came across didn’t make me want to change that.

“You feel so good, Major.” Tammy moaned as I beat her shit. It would probably be a while before I called her clingy ass.

I didn’t bother acknowledging what she said. I focused on the way her ass rippled so I could nut and go home.

It didn’t take long until I was pulling out and nutting into the condom. I made sure I flushed that bitch down the toilet, too. I didn’t trust Tammy’s ass as far as I could throw her. I wasn’t trying to have any accidental kids. I wasn’t even sure if I wanted kids.

“I guess I’ll see you whenever you call again,” Tammy said as I exited the bathroom.

I pulled my hoodie over my head and grabbed my keys.

“Enjoy your weekend.” I kissed Tammy on her forehead and left. I wasn’t trying to give her any chance to whine again.

When I got in my car, I called my mom to see what she was up to. I had to let the car warm up for a second, but I wasn’t trying to sit outside of Tammy’s house for too long.

“How’s my favorite girl?” I asked when she picked up.

“I’m good. Getting my stuff together for the weekend. Your father and I are going out of town.”

My parents had been together my whole life, but for some reason, they never got married.

“Don’t be out here being grown,” I teased.

“You weren’t dropped off on the front porch, you know.”

“Okay. Okay.” I groaned.

It didn’t take me long to reach the apartment building I lived in, where I owned a penthouse. I made good money, but I also knew how to make my money work for me. I invested in different types of things, so I was financially comfortable.

“You started it. Anyway, I know you’re going up to those mountains.” I could picture her rolling her eyes. “I hate when you go alone.”

“I’ll be fine.”

“I guess. Make sure you let us know when you get there.”

No matter what, I called my mother to let her know when I made it to places, because if I didn’t, she would worry. I was a grown-ass man, but when it came to my mother, I would do anything to ease her mind.

In my mid-twenties, I was in a car accident. Even though I’d only broken my leg, that was enough to send my mom worrying whenever I drove for more than an hour.
