Big Dick looked up from his niece to his sister.Her brows were raised as she got to her feet.“Plan?”
“Now that you’re engaged?Have you thought about where you’re getting married?How you’re getting married?”
“There has to be a way?”Harlow asked.
“Hunter married me at Christmas, at the clubhouse, and to me, that was perfect.Do you even know what Larissa wants?”
“She wants to be married to me.”
“Yes, that we already know, but do you have any other ideas?Does she want her father to give her away as well as officiate the wedding?Are you doing it at church?At the clubhouse?A location in town?Does it have to be big and fancy?Does Larissa want to wait until after she has given birth?”
“You doing this to terrify me?”
“I’m not doing anything of the sort.What I am trying to do is get you prepared,” Harlow said.“Proposing is one thing, but there is everything else that comes after.Also, is Mom taking the time to now visit Larissa?”
Big Dick groaned.
“I’m guessing Mom has become a permanent feature, right?I wonder if she has that big old ring binder she hoped to use on my wedding, but seeing as my husband proposed and married me all on the same day, that was not a problem for me.”
“Has anyone ever told you, you’re a pain in the ass?”Big Dick asked.
“Quite often.Now ask me if I care.”
He laughed and then reluctantly handed his niece right over to his sister.“She is precious.”
“She really is.”Harlow sighed and then placed a sleeping Rosa in her crib.“Mom did advise me to be careful when it came to how long and how often I hold my baby.”
“Don’t listen to her.”
“Hunter and I enjoy sleeping.Mom said she didn’t listen to reason with Erick, and held him all the time.”
“Okay, seeing as Erick can be a dick, listen to Mom.”
Harlow laughed.“You see that large teddy bear there?”She pointed toward the corner of the room.They were in Harlow and Hunter’s sitting room.
“What about it?”
“Erick brought me that, along with a year’s supply of diapers.”
“What?”
“Yeah, I was shocked as well, but he said he got a good discount.He also volunteered to help babysit if I ever need it.He’s changing.”
Big Dick sighed.“I know.He actually calls to talk to me now.He even invited me to hang out at his place, watch a few movies.”
“Yeah, he did the same to Hunter, but he just told him to fuck off.At the same time, he did say it was no offense, but as a married man, he preferred to watch television with his wife.”
Big Dick laughed.“You really do have him on a tight leash.”
“I don’t have him on anything at all.If he wants to go and watch television with my brother, he can.I’m not going to force Hunter to do anything he doesn’t want to do,” Harlow said.
“Wow.”
Harlow laughed.
“You do realize that you have him eating out of your hand?”
Harlow rolled her eyes.“I do not.I’m growing up.”She got to her feet.“Do you want another drink?”
