"I don't know, but it can't be good. It's either about dad or maybe Liv. I am not sure."

If possible, at the mention of Liv's name, Davis seemed more concerned. He pressed his thumb into his chin as he held it in thought. He was handsome when he was worried, too. I don't think there was a face he could make that would make him appear any less handsome.

"Is he coming now?"

"Yeah."

"Then we should probably get dressed."

Davis kissed my neck as he slid out of me. There was such a pain between my legs that I wondered if I'd just let Davis ruin me for the rest of my life. I walked rather funny as I went to the bathroom to shower. When I hopped out, I felt better, but it still hurt. Couldn't really say I didn't see it coming. It's hard not to be sore when you've had a dick in you for a day with brief breaks.

"If possible, I'd bend you over against the counter and take you from behind again. You're too damn sexy, Lisa." Davis shook his head as he spoke, as if it was a tragedy he found me so appealing. I smirked, feeling my stomach pool with desire at his words.

"If I wasn't so sore, I'd take you up on that offer instantly."

It didn't take long, after we went downstairs, to hear Lucas knock on our door. I opened it, finding his eyes pink. Something was definitely very, very wrong.

"What is it?" I asked him instantly. "Why have you been crying?"

"It's Liv," his voice cracked as he spoke, and his eyes watered at the mere mention of her name.

"You're freaking me out. What's wrong with Liv?"

In a blink of an eye, Davis was at my side as he heard Liv’s name. He seemed tense, with a face full of worry. I pulled Lucas inside and guided him to the couch, making him sit so he wouldn't collapse on the ground.

"She went to her screening a month ago. She told me everything was fine, and that they hadn't found anything. I answered her phone today because she forgot it when she went to work this morning and it was her doctor. She said she had the biopsy results and wanted Liv to come in. I wouldn't let her off the phone until she told me the results."

I swallowed, feeling my heart race unnaturally as I waited to hear the god awful news I knew was coming.

"She has cancer," he said with a heavy sob. He cried so hard that I fell to my knees before him and held him tight. I cried alongside him, worried for him and for Liv.

"It's not a death sentence. She's been going to her screenings on time. She can fight this. It's Liv," I heard Davis reassure Lucas with his large hand over his shoulder.

"He's right. We don't know how bad it is or if it's spread. We're here for you guys, whatever you need." Lucas nodded his head, sniffling as he tried to stop his crying.

"Where's Abi?" I asked, realizing he didn't have her with him.

"With Hailey. I went to her first as Liv's best friend. I felt she should know. She took Abi from me, saying I'm too much of an emotional mess to care for her at the moment. That's when I came here, because I need you, Lisa. Leo has gone to see Rachel, and you're the only other person I can turn to."

"I've got you, Lucas. Whatever you need."

There was no way in hell Liv was going to die on us.

I was still laying in bed thinking about Lucas and the bad news he shared with us this afternoon. My feelings were all over the place and so were Davis’. It was eating away at him he couldn't do anything to help her. This wasn't something he could hunt down and fight for her, leaving him with a restless energy. It was leaving both of us that way, really.

"Let's go," Davis randomly said, hopping off the bed and pulling on some sweatpants.

"What? Where?"

"We need to work through this energy, so now's the best time to train."

I understood what he meant, hopping off the bed and getting dressed myself. We went down to the basement and trained until our bodies were drained of all of our energy. Davis then picked me up and carried me to the bedroom. Letting me fall asleep in his arms, utterly exhausted.

My phone buzzed incessantly, waking me from my deep sleep. The room was pitch black, so I knew morning hadn’t come to greet us yet. There were a million notifications from my social media, coupled with texts and messages from old friends. Over it all was a text from my father.

Dad Who?:I warned you.

My blood ran cold as my thumb hovered over my notifications. He'd released the video, and it was everywhere, and I meaneverywhere. There I was for everyone to see, breasts out and Chris deep in me. The comments ranged from 'that's hot' to 'I can't believe she recorded them doing this'. There wasn't a single comment that wasn't degrading or mean.
