“That does sound hot. I imagine you went to bed with a bit of a mess on the sheets but were relaxed.”

Was it weird that I felt kind of turned on by the fact that Atlas not only knew that I jacked off, but that he commented about it too?

“Did it show the women getting together below deck?” he asked. It had, but I skipped ahead in the video to watch the guys. I wasn’t sure I wanted Atlas to know that, though.

“It did, but it was after the guys, and by then I was ready for bed.”

“It’s good to hear that you climaxed while watching the men.” I felt my face getting hotter as he spoke quietly. Climaxedwas such an official way of saying it, I supposed. “I’m glad you’re finding a way to relax before bed. In fact, you’ll learn on day one of your first class that evening masturbation is highly encouraged.”

“What? Seriously?” The questions tumbled out of my mouth before I could catch them.

“I’m very serious. They want students to get a good night’s rest each night and to come to class each morning ready to learn.”

“Wow.” We finished our breakfast in silence, and when the server took our plates away, Atlas spoke up with today’s plans.

“How would you feel about picking up some of the supplies on your list with Aiden and Luca today?”

“That’s fine,” I replied.

“I thought perhaps it would be nice for you to get to spend more time with them. There are seven items on your general class supply list. They’ll have the list and will help you get what you need.”

“Backpack or messenger bag, notebooks, pens, pencils, calculator, iPad, and gym bag,” I rattled off.

Atlas leaned forward and reached for his cup of coffee. He peered at me over the rim of the cup as he took a long sip.

“I didn’t think you had your list.”

“I don’t, but I remembered it.”

“Had you studied it or read it over some?”

“No. Just when I received the letter.”

“That was many months ago, Ryder.”

I shrugged and looked around. “I memorize things easily.”

“That is quite a gift.”

“I guess.” I shrugged again. “It made school easy. So, hopefully, the classes at the academy won’t be too hard.”

“I’m sure you’ll excel.” Atlas pushed his chair back and stood. I followed his lead and walked behind him as we left therestaurant. “Aiden and Luca will be here in about ten minutes and then you three can be on your way.”

“Okay.”

“Do you have any questions regarding the supplies you’re to get?”

“Does the backpack or messenger bag have to be a particular kind? Color or material, maybe?”

“There’s a store that carries all the items on your general supplies list. The store has a section devoted just for students of Omnia Academy. They are polite and will be eager to assist you in any way while you’re there. They only have options that are on the approved list, so you may select whichever one catches your eye. The same goes for the gym bag.”

“Okay, got it.”

“Once you select your items, the store will deliver them to your dormitory.”

I nodded. That sounded like my kind of shopping—to pick things out and have them delivered. I guess it’s like online shopping, only I have to go into this store. It didn’t matter, though. It wasn’t like I had a lot of other things going on.

“Remember, you won’t need money. The store handles it directly with the academy,” Atlas said moments before Aiden and Luca walked into the lobby.
