“Bloody hell, River,” shehissed.
My tongue continued to probe her, and then I rubbed the stubble from my chin against her soaked slit. Octavia’s moans grew louder, and she said my name in between the moans andhisses.
“That feels incredible! Bloody hell, no one has done it like this before,” shecomplimented.
“Probably because none of them can grow facial hair,” Iteased.
Before she could deny my suggestion, I made out with her clit. I treated it as though it had a tongue that I wasdominating.
“Oh, God, River!” She gripped my hair tighter and began moving her hips to hump my face. She wanted more friction and the slight burn of my facial hair. “Do not stop, River!” shebellowed.
Maintaining the consistency, I brought her the orgasm that she wanted. As her body writhed and her hips bucked against my face, I looked up at her andsmiled.
“See, I told you that my mouth wastalented.”
“That you did, River,” she sighed and leaned back against the bed to catch her breath. “Now that you have proven your oral skills, please tell me why you brought the bench up from the foyer. Was this thepurpose?”
“No, ma’am,” I said and wiped my mouth with the back of my hand before continuing. “I brought it up here because it is the perfect width for you to get on your hands and knees. It is also a good width so that I can straddle it and have my legs on either side as I fuck yourass.”
Queen Octavia’s cheeks flushed, and a smile spread across herface.
“Well, that sounds delightful,River.”
We shared a quiet laugh, and she slapped her hand down on the bench. She told me about how this bench has been in her family for ages and withstood the changes in the castle over theyears.
“I bet your family never dreamed of the role that it would eventually fill,” Isaid.
I left the bench in her quarters as a promise and reminder that eventually, I would take her ass on it. I went outside and headed to the stable to assist Sean and Michan. The stable doors were open, and the two of them already had the carriage outside and were working onit.
“Hey guys,” I called out to them as Iapproached.
Michan straightened to his full height and held his hand up to wave and greet me. Sean was crouched down and had turned on the balls of his feet to look atme.
“Hello, River,” Sean said and went back to tending to a spoke on one of thewheels.
“I came out here to let you know that Sir Klyn had to go run an errand, and he asked me to help you guys with the carriage,” Isaid.
“Great, maybe you can help me with the frame,” Michansuggested.
As we worked outside, every now and then, I took a peek at the forest and at the sky. I had a very strange feeling, and I do not know if it is because I had been concerned about Klyn or preoccupied with dirty thoughts about Octavia, but I definitely felt not quiteright.
“Guys, I think we should call it a day and go inside the castle,” I announced when I noticed a thin layer of sheer fog just beyond the castlegrounds.
“What?” Sean asked and continued to work on tightening thewheels.
“We are almost done, River. Just a little bit longer and we will be done,” Michanadded.
I kept my focus on the fog, and when I saw it grow in height, I dropped the tools and pulled Michan and Sean up from their seated positions on theground.
“No, we need to get inside. There is a storm coming. A fast-moving storm,” I toldthem.
They did not argue with me, and as we jogged toward the castle, I turned to look behind me at the edge of the forest every few feet we went. I slowed my jog as the wind picked up and came to a stop. Just beyond the first line of trees, fog hovered. The line of it went on for a ways; almost down to the town of Drishane. When I blinked, I swore that I could make out human forms that were hanging between their human and fogform.
“River!” Sean yelled myname.
When I turned to look at him, he was halfway between me and the castle. At nearly the same time he yelled my name, the wind picked up even more. The fog tried to move forward, like waves rolling. It was trying to move beyond the forest to the castle grounds, but could not advance and ended up crashing back down intoitself.
River…River…River.
