“Explain,” Klyn insisted and folded his arms across hischest.

“Are you sure you want to know?” Iasked.

“I can assure you that I want to know,” Klynconfirmed.

“Alright. The bench is for Queen Octavia to kneel on her hands and knees,” I explained. When he did not say anything, I continued, “I plan to take her leather crop and swat her ass, tease her cunt, and slap her nipples. Then, as her juices run down her creamy thighs, and she begs for my cock, I plan to fuck herass.”

Klyn stared at me, motionless and void of any indication of how pissed off I may have madehim.

“Sir,” I politelyadded.

He closed his eyes and glanced at thebench.

“Lovely, River,” hesaid.

“With all due respect, you did ask for me to elaborate,” I remindedhim.

“Yes, I did.” Klyn rubbed his forehead with his thumb and forefinger. “I did ask, after all. You were only following what was requested ofyou.”

“I could have said that I was carrying it at the request of the kitchen staff,” Isuggested.

“Yes, that would have been a more favorable response,” Klynadmitted.

“Would you like to start the conversation over?” Icontemplated.

“No, River. It is fine. Let us move on. I have come to ask a favor of you,” hebegan.

“Of course. What can I do for you,Klyn?”

“I have an errand that I must tend to. It is off the castlegrounds—”

“In town, you mean?” I interrupted and then apologized for talking overhim.

“Yes, something like that. But, I was supposed to work with Michan and Sean on the carriage today. Would you mind filling in for me and assistthem?”

“I do not mind at all. I will deliver the bench and then will go in search of Michan andSean.”

“They will be in the stable. They are tending to the stable this morning, and we had planned on the carriage tasks this afternoon,” Klyn informedme.

“Thank you,River.”

I nodded and watched Klyn slowly walk away. I picked up the bench and only made it a few feet before I stopped. I looked out the window and saw that the sky was darkening. I walked closer to the window and looked at the forest; it was clear and no sign offog.

I picked up the bench and made it a few more feet, but my conscience stopped me. I sighed as I set down the bench and then ran to catch up withKlyn.

“Hey, would you like some company on your errand?” Iinquired.

Klyn cocked his head to the right a little bit and looked at me questioningly. I did not want to alarm him, but the quickly darkening sky made me more than a bitnervous.

“It is just that, I noticed you appear sluggish. I was wondering if you would like company,” Iclarified.

“I do appreciate the offer, River, however, I would rather you assist Michan and Sean,” Klynsaid.

He forced a smile onto his face and then began to head in the direction of thefoyer.

“What about Liam?” I hollered afterhim.

Klyn stopped and unhurriedly walked back tome.
