“How are you so damn perfect?” I mutter and walk up to her, wrapping a hand around her back and neck, stopping just shy of her lips. I don’t mess up her coral lipstick that looks perfectly painted on. “Even these lips look good enough to eat.”
“Mmm, I hope so.” She lifts a hand between us and gives a slight nudge. “But later. I’m famished and looking forward to dinner.”
“Right.” My eyes wander up and down her body again, enjoying the view before rushing upstairs. “Back in a minute.”
I quickly change into a pair of dark grey slacks and a casual charcoal button-up shirt, leaving the top three buttons undone, rolling up the sleeves, and double-checking my hair before slipping into a black pair of dress shoes.
“Don’t you clean up nice,” Cassie teases as she eats me up like a fresh piece of meat.
“Good enough to eat?” I ask. She chews on her lip before nodding. “How about I feed you first, then I’ll take my time exploring every crevice and curve of your luscious body.”
She whimpers low in her throat before slipping her shoes on and grabbing something off the entry table as we head out.
“I haven’t read your note yet, so I thought I would do it on the way to dinner?” She sways her hips a little more emphatically as she walks towards the Tahoe. “Evening, Clide!”
“Lovebirds off to dinner?” He grins while picking weeds from one of the flower beds.
“Early Valentine’s dinner so we can avoid the madness of the crowds.” Cassie laughs lightly. “See you later!”
She darts out of my reach before I grab onto her hip. The woman has captured me in ways I never could have dreamed of.
CHAPTER 9
Cassie
Dear Lover,
Tonight is all about you. The way you look, the way you smell, how you taste. I want nothing more than to devour your body like the sweetest treats and finest wines.
You’re giving me the most precious gift I could ever ask for by agreeing to be mine in name, in body, in heart. I hope you know how much I love you, how much I adore you, how incredibly lucky I am to have a woman like you love a man like me.
Without you, there is no me, and I aim to ensure you know exactly how grateful I am for you for the rest of my life. There is no man who could ever love you like I do, and no woman who I could ever love as passionately as I do you.
Tonight, I hope you’ll give me the opportunity to show you how much as I taste, lick, and kiss every delicate inch of your body. To suck your nipples until you beg me to stop. To eat at your pussy until you beg me for more. To move in and out of your body like we were made for each other until neither of us can move again.
Love you forever,
Always yours,
T
Sighing as I finish reading Tommy’s letter, I see his hands tighten on the steering wheel, and my own moisture pools in the thin strap of my thong as I use the letter to wave the heat away from my face.
“Yes, please, to all of that, Tomas.” I purr his name while leaning over to swipe my tongue across his throat. He groans and presses a hand between his legs.
“You keep talking like that, and we’re not going to make it to dinner.”
His warning only makes me want him more. The last couple of days have been a whirlwind of emotions, and maybe I should be a little more cautious, but everything in my heart and body tells me that, like my belief in the past, we’re meant to be.
“Oh my gosh. How’d you know I’ve wanted to go here?” The Chart House is glorious. As soon as I moved here, the reviews caught my eye, but I didn’t want to go alone, plus the prices were a little out of my range.
Tommy doesn’t answer until he holds my door open for me. “Told you, Cassie-bell, I know you.” He winks, holding my hand and leading me into the building, where a wave of delicious-smelling food hits my senses, and my mouth waters.
“Evening. Did you have a reservation?” The hostess smiles politely as Tommy offers his name, and we’re led to a table for two with a view of the water. “Your server, Jenny, will be with you in a moment.”
Tommy holds out my chair for me before taking his own seat.
“This is lovely,” I sigh, imagining more dates like this. Sneaking away for a few hours without children to rekindle our love life.
