Rage nods slowly, leaning down and resting his head in my lap. I run my hands through his long hair. I think he’s gotten a haircut recently, the shaggy layers look like they’re intentionally done, but he’s still kept it long. I like it.

“So—so are Reyna and her pack fixing things?”

“Yeah,” Griffin nods. “They have been. They’ve been saving the kidnapped omegas and feral alphas and rehabilitating them. The omega rehabilitation program seems to be doing better, but we’re hoping that we can help out the other feral alphas. Give us a job and something to do.”

“Not that we really need it, the stipends we get are enough to cover anything we might need,” Ash says.

“Stipends?”

“There’s obviously a market for suppressants. ‘Specially with the new influx of omegas who probably won’t be ready for their heats and all that requires for a long ass time,” Ash continues. “So there’s a program now. Volunteer one. You get paid pretty damn well, too. But alphas, especially ex-feral ones can donate their blood. The Omega Center’s in charge of producing the suppressants now.”

“Wow,” I breathe out. “That—that makes a lot of sense.”

“Yeah, Sugar, so you’ve got nothing to worry about,” Rowan murmurs.

“Except for dinner,” I say, running a hand through my hair. Idon’t need to look at myself in the mirror to know I probably need a shower. And a change of clothes. “With your mom.”

“Oh shit,” Rowan winces. “Forgot to mention it’s with your dad too.”

“My dad too?! They’re both coming?” I leap to my feet, immediately heading to the bathroom and moving to take off my sweatshirt.

“Yeah, they’re kinda married now,” Rowan says from the doorway.

I freeze, my sweater tugged halfway over my head as I turn around.

All four of them wait in the doorway, their eyes hungry on me and the bare midriff and slight hint of under boob I’m revealing to them.

“They’remarried!” I gasp.

“Bonded, actually,” Rowan nods, his attention firmly not on my face.

“That’s important information!” I groan, fully pulling my sweatshirt over my head and turning towards the really fancy shower.

“Careful, Shortcake, wouldn’t want you to get hurt,” Ash drawls, pressing up against my back as he reaches past me to turn on the shower. “Let me help you in there.”

“Don’t hog her,” Rage growls.

I glance over my shoulder to see him practically tearing off all his clothes to join us.

A furious blush crosses my cheeks when I see that his absolutely massive member is already.... well, massive.

“Lucky the shower’s big enough for all of us, huh?” Griffin teases, a large toothy grin on his face as he strips off his shirt one-handed, tugging it over his head.

“Y—yeah,” I murmur, my eyes bouncing around from all the delicious-looking, hard planes of muscle and smooth flesh.

“This sounds like the perfect distraction to get our minds off of... everything,” Rowan murmurs, appearing at my side.

“Hmmm? Oh, yeah. That.”

Rowan throws his head back, laughing as the steam from the hot shower rises around all of us.

“We’re both seeing our parents again tonight,” I breathe out. “That’s amazing, Rowan.”

“It is,” Rowan says, swallowing hard. “We did it, Sugar. We made it out.”

Any anxiety I was feeling? Disappears down the drain right along with the hot water as Ash plants a hot, wet kiss on my neck.

“You’re ours, Shortcake,” he growls.
