Seriously, how do other girls do this?
Do they come out of the bathroom to some victory music with their fists in the air, taking bows? No one else seems to have used the bathrooms for hookups since we got here. At least I don’t think they have.
Maybe by the next time we come here, I’ll care less about what people think of me. Maybe I’ll hold my hand up for high fives. After all, I just got laid. Snickering, I put my laptop into my bag.
If anyone thought after this weekend’s parties I’d given in, this little study trip definitely provides more gossip fodder. Fuck, I’m one of those girls Kenz and I always talked about on Monday mornings. How long before someone whispers to their friend I lost my virginity to all the horsemen?
Nico slides my bag off my shoulder and throws it over his. His arm wraps around my waist, tugging me into his warmth. I lean my head against his side, grateful to have somewhere to hide as we walk outside.
I can’t even look at Penny’s table and I don’t hear them saying goodbye.
They know this is the deal, right? That I’m nothing more than a pet to the horsemen? To be used whenever they see fit? That’s what it feels like right now. But earlier I was in control, and fuck did it feel good.
Maybe I need some time to figure out what I want from this situation and how I can get it on my terms.
“Where to next?” Nico asks as we head to the back of the lot where we parked. He tosses my bag in the backseat of his car. No one complains about him claiming me for the ride home.
“I need to go home for a while. Have dinner with my mom.” I need time to decompress, to think through everything that’s happened. I’ve spent the whole weekend with them. Fucked all of them. A couple of them twice.
I need a break and time to think.
Caden nods and steps forward. “Come here, little nympho.”
I step toward him hesitantly, but he draws me into his arms and presses my cheek to his chest as he hugs me. His heartbeat is steady under my ear. After a second, I relax into his hug. He really gives the best hugs.
“Behave.” He kisses the top of my head and releases me.
When Caden steps back, Jack takes me into his arms. He rubs his hand down my back before letting me go with a smile. Eli kisses the side of my head before wrapping his arms around me.
“Rest up, kitten.” His voice is low next to my ear and sends a shiver of desire through me.
When Eli walks to his car, I glance at Luke. His light blue eyes search mine. I definitely should have expected him to fuck me. It was almost a challenge after Eli did. Luke wasn’t as rough as I thought he might be.
“Your mom works tonight?” He tips up my chin, forcing me to look him in the eyes. They aren’t icy anymore when he looks at me. They’re like the inner flame on a candle. Intensely hot enough to melt through anything.
“Yes.” It’s also a school night, which means I’ll be sleeping alone.
“Do you want us to come over?” His thumb sweeps over my jaw, sending tiny butterflies soaring through me. My insides soften.
Do I want them? Yes. Do I need a break? Also yes. “I can call Kenz and see if she can stay tonight.”
He nods before pulling me into him. I wrap my arms around his waist and give him a squeeze. He’s still awkward as hell about hugs, but he’ll get better with time. When he releases me, he heads to his car.
Sighing, I watch them all get into their cars. Nico grabs my hand and reels me into his side. I smile up at him. Punishment isn’t really a thing with Nico yet. I mean, yes, he’s taken part in my punishment, but I kind of liked that kind of punishment.
“Come on, sunshine, let’s get you home.”
As soon as I’m in his car, I get my phone out and text Kenz.
