“Me too.” I stroke his face. “I love you so much.”

“That’s a step up from thinking you’re falling in love with me.”

“I mean it, Jimmy. I’veneverfelt like this before.”

He lifts his head so he can stare at me. “Not even with Billy?”

I shake my head. “That doesn’t mean that what I felt for him wasn’t love, or wasn’t real. It was just… different. Everything is different with you. I'm relaxed. Confident. Uplifted. More of a falcon than a mouse. Am I making any sense?”

“Yes.” He kisses the centre of my chest. “I’m sorry Billy made you mouse-like.”

I shrug. “It’s in the past. He’sin my past. But you… You’re mynow.” I lick my lips. “Maybe… maybe you’re my future, too.”

He smiles. “I want to be, baby. More than you could know.”

We doze for a while, me warming Jimmy’s cock.

A while later, he eases out of me, puts his clothes on, and goes in search of the bathroom. He returns with a washcloth, which he uses to clean me before getting naked again and pulling the quilt over us.

“Speaking of the future, I’ve decided to look for flats halfway between here and work.”

I suck in a breath. “You don’t have to fit where you live around me.”

“I don’thaveto, but Iwantto.” He strokes my arm. “It’ll be easier for both of us. Besides, I have an ulterior motive.”

“You do?”

“Yeah.” He kisses me. “If I live closer to the farm, you’ll be more likely to spend the night.”

That sounds nice, but… “What if I wake you up when I leave?”

He shrugs. “You’ll kiss me goodbye, and I’ll go back to sleep. Although I’ve got some early shifts at the gym. Not four a.m. early, but early.” He shudders. “People like to work out before going to their nine-to-five.”

“Really?” I ask in mock surprise.

He snorts and kisses me. “Plus, it’ll be cheaper thanliving so close to the city centre. I want somewhere nicer than student digs. A bit of travel is worth the payoff.”

“Makes sense.”

“You like my plan?”

I pull him to me. “I love your plan.”

We kiss for a few moments, forgetting everything but each other.

“Do you still want to go for a drive?” he asks.

I hum. “Would we have to get dressed?”

“Yes, unless you want to give Tony a fright!”

“Ugh, no thanks. Yes, I want you to take me for a drive in your new car, but first, more kisses and cuddles.”

Jimmy smiles and snuggles against me. “I can get on board with that plan.”
