“I can’t walk out there like this,” I argue, motioning to my crotch.

Hunter’s hand dives into my leggings, cupping my mound, and I freeze. “Consider it punishment for doubting my intentions.”

Indignance fills my features. “How was I supposed to know?”

Hunter glides two fingers through my folds, gathering our combined releases and pulls his hand free. He slips his middle finger into his mouth, savoring us and moaning.

My mouth gapes open.

That’s way too hot to be legal.

Then he takes his other digit and shoves it in my mouth. I swirl my tongue around the pad of his finger, reveling in our unique taste.

“Can you taste how hard we came together?” He asks, and I nod my head, sucking his finger clean. He pops it out of my mouth and growls, “You should’ve known because something that tastes this amazing can’t be wrong.”

Hunter Reed’s deliciously dirty mouth is going to unravel me.

Resuming his lead, Hunter directs me out of the dressing room, and we run right into a red-faced Sabrina. She holds a folded shirt in her hands like she was bringing it for me to try on.

I know Hunter basically told me to be loud, but I didn’t think I wasthatloud.

I’m so horrified that I stand there unable to say a word.

Hunter doesn’t miss a beat. “We’re going home. Have the items sent to my penthouse. My wife seems to have tired herself out in the dressing room.”

If it’s possible, Sabrina’s rouge gets darker.

Hunter smirks, content with Sabrina’s inability to speak.

We leave the store and slip right into the limo.

I can’t believe I just had sex in public…

And I can’t believe that I loved it so much that I want to do it again.

CHAPTER 26

SAVANNAH

Wiggling in my seat, I try to relax. I’ve been fidgeting ever since we got here this morning, and I don’t know how to stop.

And I don’t even want to think about how sore I am. I knew sex would make me work up a bit of sweat, but I didn’t know I would be this tired. I’ve read this same line at least twenty times on my screen, and I still don’t know what it says. There’s a familiarity to it, but I can’t place it. My brain is fuzzy, preventing me from being able to think clearly.

As soon as I sat down at the conference table of Hunter’s office, Luke immediately took the seat next to me while Rory claimed the seat across from me, and neither of them has moved a muscle. They’ve been working easily without a word.

Unlike the three of us, Hunter has been restless. He grumbled something under his breath that sounded like, “What’s the point of having your own offices if you’re just going to take over mine every day?” and stalked off. Since then, he’s been in and out of here and yelling on his phone quite often.

I’m just happy I’m not on the receiving end of his ire.

The characters and symbols on my screen blur together, and I rub my eyes, crossing and uncrossing my legs.

Rory sighs, dropping his pen on the legal notepad next to him. “What is going on with you, Dream Girl?”

“Nothing. I’m fine,” I answer smoothly.

“That’s the fifty-second time you’ve crossed your legs,” Luke points out while typing away on his laptop.

My head swings to him. “You’ve kept count?”
