“It’s yours, Jah.”

“Look at how I make that pussy cum in the mirror.”

My legs started to shake as he sucked on my neck. We both knew we had taken this shit too far. We couldn’t go back now. As he moaned and kissed me, I let the tears fall from my eyes. Jah noticed them and kissed all of them away.

Song: Omarion- I’m Tryna

Two weeks had goneby since I last touched Tatiyonna. Besides my usual morning text, Apple pays for lunch and her weekly flowers, I had kept my distance. My soul craved to be around her, but my heart was guarded. Her mind was made up the moment she put that ring back on her finger. There was a side of me that wanted to compete with that nigga, but it was no fun when I knew I could win.

“You’re sad,” my sister, Lonni, nudged me.

We were dropping the twins off for their first day of school. Just seeing them sitting at their desk and making friends already made my day. They had been through a lot, and I hoped that one day they would realize that they were surrounded by love from me and their auntie.

“Nah, I’m a proud uncle though.”

“How about you take your little sister to breakfast?”

“Bring your ass on,” I told her as we exited the classroom.

We were now seated at the pancake house since that’s what Lonni had a taste for. My appetite would come and go, so I only ordered a no-carb breakfast with an orange juice.

“I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself for eight hours without the twins. Maybe I can go and find a job or something.”

I glared at her. It wasn’t that I didn’t want her to work, but I didn’t need her to be overwhelmed while taking care of the twins. It didn’t take much for her.

“How about school?” I told her as my phone went off.

My baby: How was the drop off?

Me: It went good. Of course, Reign was introducing her and her brother.

My baby: Little Miss Bossy. That’s my girl. I love how protective she is of her brother.

Me: Yeah

My baby: Are you okay? You haven’t been yourself lately.

Me: We good.

“Damn, I can’t even get a conversation out of my brother because you’re always on that phone. You got a thing for her, huh?”

“Sis, it’s well past a thing at this point. Shit between us is so deep, my whole day be thrown off if we don’t speak.”

“Damn. So, what’s the issue? I can sense a little reluctance in your voice when it comes to her.”

“She’s married.”

Lonni almost spit her juice out. “Now, Jah. You don’t move like that. What the fuck?” She whispered.

“Look, she was separated when we got involved. I just recently found out she was going to marriage counseling with the nigga. So, I’ve been trying to wean her out of my system.”

“That’s some deep shit. No wonder you’ve been in la-la land. What do you plan on doing?”

“Hold that thought,” I told Lonni.
