Sin notices me squirming below him, and he growls out, “Touch yourself. Make yourself come while I fuck your throat.”

Not needing to be told twice, I shift, spreading my legs and dipping my hand inside of my shorts. I moan against his cock as my fingers circle my clit.

“Fuck that’s hot. You’re doing such a good job,” Sin praises as he fucks my throat at a bruising pace.

My fingers swirl against my swollen clit, and I know I’m not far from release. My body is wound up tight, and watching Sin take his pleasure from me is doing things to me.

Another breath, and I feel myself starting to convulse as my orgasm plows through me. I moan against Sin’s cock, and he curses in response, “That’s it, kitten, fuck, yes, I’m going to come.”

He pulls my face flush against him as he bottoms out inside of my throat before letting out a guttural groan. I feel his seed spilling deep inside my throat, and he shudders before finally pulling back and releasing my face.

I take deep breaths, trying to calm my racing heart, and Sin leans down to pull me up against him.

He kisses me soundly, his mouth consuming me. I lean into the kiss, letting myself get lost in the pleasure. I press my body into him, and Sin deepens the kiss, hardening against me again.

He releases my mouth just long enough to kiss my neck and whisper, “You did so fucking good, kitten. I’ve fantasized about fucking that pretty mouth ever since I saw you, and again,” he pauses to nip at my throat, “every time you sass me.”

I moan at the contact and am quickly getting on board with going for round two when a knock at the door interrupts us.

Sin tucks himself away before answering, “What?”

Arianna pokes her head in and wrinkles her nose at seeing his arms wrapped around me. I’m assuming she can also tell from my flushed face that we weren’t just discussing the weather.

“First of all, Vivi, I’m so happy you’re awake. Second, you two are gross,” she says, leaning against the doorway.

I give her my best apologetic grin. “I’m so happy you’re back!” and then turn to Sin, “Wait, is everyone back? How long was I out?”

Arianna answers for him, “You were out for almost a whole day. The wards on the Shadow Realm are intense, especially for mortals.” She pauses to tilt her chin at Sin. “But someone got all growly and possessive and refused to leave your side while you were sleeping.”

I frown. “But why is everyone back already? I didn’t think we’d be seeing anyone for a few more weeks, at least.”

Arianna shrugs. “You tell me. Sin yelled at Morgana that something urgent had come up and that we needed to debrief as soon as possible.”

She leans around me, frowning at Sin. “That was hours ago, by the way, and everyone is waiting to hear your news.”

Sin doesn’t look at all apologetic for making everyone wait.

Arianna rolls her eyes at his high-handedness before turning to me, her face lighting up again. “Anyhow, now that you’re up again, want to get dressed? Morgana has everyone gathered in the sitting room. I figured you’d be due to wake up soon and thought I’d make sure Sin wasn’t keeping you holed up with him longer than necessary.”

“Of course!” I exclaim.

Personally, I am mortified that everyone is waiting on us.

Arianna smiles and sends me an air kiss before giving Sin the finger and walking out the door.

I jump to follow her when a pair of strong arms wrap around my waist. “Sin,” I hiss, trying to wiggle out of his hold. “Everyone is waiting on us. I need clothes.” I pause before asking, “Why am I in your room, anyway?”

Sin turns me and caresses my cheek. I automatically lean into his touch. “You’re a people pleaser. No one will be upset that you kept them waiting a few extra minutes. Especially after you just woke up from a blackout. Take your time.” His gaze darkens as he adds, “And you’re in here because it’s where you belong.”

His words have my heart slamming at a wild pace, and a jolt of electricity thrums down my spine. If I stay here another moment longer, I’m not leaving this room again for a good long while.

“I don’t want to keep them waiting. They shouldn’t need to worry like that,” I answer gently, pulling out of his arms. Surprisingly, Sin lets me go, and it takes me less than five minutes to fully dress.

I lead the way, and Sin follows quietly behind me as I try to throw my mess of curls into a bun. It really needs to be washed, and Sin’s hands made a mess of it not long before. Still, I manage to get it tied up and out of my face.

The whole team, minus Damien, is waiting for us in the sitting room. Magnus and Rosie sit together, both looking tense and worried. Arianna is pacingalong the back wall behind the couches, and Morgana sits at her desk, hands folded together and looking apprehensive. The soft sound of alarm bells ghosts across the room.

I step inside and head for an empty chair, but Sin beats me to it, sitting and pulling me down on his lap.
