“I’ll be going home with you.”
“Damn right you are.” And if anyone stares at her for too long, I’ll gouge their eyes out.

“Nathan?” Arya calls out from the walk-in closet. “I need you.”
I’m checking my phone in the bedroom, having gotten dressed first in a black tux. Pocketing the device, I stroll to the adjoined room. I screech to a halt, my jaw hitting the floor and become tongue-tied as I lay eyes on her in the gown for the first time.
The bodice with a deep neckline in the front and back hugs her curves like a second skin, accentuating her full ass. Her leg peeks through the high slit in the skirt, adding another sexy flair.
Jesus! She steals my breath away.
How the hell did I get so lucky?
“Nathan?”
“Huh?”
“Will you help me put on the necklace?” There’s amusement in her sultry voice as she asks me.
It makes me snap out of the drooling state. Stalking to where she stands in front of the full-length mirror, I stop behind her naked back and thickly murmur, “Do you have any idea how exquisite you look, Ari?”
“What can I say? You have amazing taste in fashion.”
“The second I saw it, I knew it was meant for you.”
She blushes, biting her lip. “Thank you. I’m obsessed with it too.”
Trailing my fingers up her spine, I reach for the diamond necklace that she’s keeping pressed to her throat. Locking the hook, I bend and press my lips over her pounding pulse. She swallows as our gaze remains connected and I lightly suck on her skin.
Tilting her head to give me access, I accept the invitation and suck hard to mark her as mine. One glance at the dark hickey, they’ll know she’s taken.
“Ready to go, angel?”
She nods.
“As soon as I meet with Ben, we’ll leave.”
“Okay.”
Kissing her on the shoulder, I straighten. She grabs her clutch and takes my hand. When we go downstairs and walk outside, the limousine is waiting for us. Helping her inside, I slip in after her and order the driver to drive.
“I become starstruck every time I come to New York,” shares Arya while gazing out the window at the lit city.
“When was the last time you visited?”
“Two years ago,” she answers. “I always stay with Noor.”
Her childhood best friend, who moved here with her family when she was fourteen. It’s commendable that they’ve stayed tight knit despite the long distance. “You’ll be meeting her tomorrow, right?”
“She would kill me if I left without spending time with her.”
“Will you tell her about us?”
Her head turns my way as she sighs in contemplation, “I don’t know.”
“I won’t stop you if you want to, Ari,” I reassure her. “If you trust them, then so do I.”
