I didn’t say anything as I let her pace the room now.
“I can’t believe you didn’t say anything to me.”
“I couldn’t.”
Her eyes grew wide. “But still. I’m your bitch.”
“You are my bitch. But… I don’t know.” I took a big gulp of wine. “I think I was just scared… scared you’d not approve… or maybe you would. I wanted to do it on my own, see where it went. I think I needed to work through some things from Dick.”
“Fuck yeah, you worked through things… on things… in things.”
“Stop.” I smiled.
“I didn’t know you were a little kink factory.”
“Me either.” I chuckled.
She sat down on the couch. “You’re definitely not a lesbian. You love that dicky dick too much.”
“I do love the dicky dick.”
“Good thing I brought you another vibrator. If you’re going to start taking four at a time…” She cut her eyes at me with a sly smile spread across her face.
“Will you stop?”
“I will for now, but I don’t want you thinking I'm anywhere close to done giving you shit for this. Four…” She was holding her fingers in the air, trying to visualize everything, and I just batted her hand down.
“What movie did you get us?”
“Oh, it’s just an empty box that looks like a movie. I felt it went with the whole theme. But I did rent us the most classic breakup movie of all time. Legally Blonde.”
“Bend and Snap.”
“Yes, Queen.”
“I need to connect to my account so we can stream.”
I rested my head on her shoulder and shoved a piece of chocolate in my mouth. "I miss them, but I also feel better than I have in a long time. They've given me my confidence back. Made me feel worthy of love. Made me feel like I was enough."
Lizzy rested her head on mine and pressed play.

The Ending
Pleasedon'thateme:/ So the ending… I like to think of it as a happy for now (don't worry, we haven't seen the last of Everlee with her men. I love them too much!). Everlee was in a bad place after dickface. These men showed her love and gave her the confidence to get her spark back, her fire. So while it may not be the ending you wanted or expected, all I can say is I'm sorry, but never fret. Shaking my magic eight ball and it tells me you will get what you want. But they need to figure out how to live in a world that may not accept them. They may get to a point were they say fuck it and do whatever they want. I don't want them to think all is ok and then get too deep in and hurt Everlee first. They have to know what they are missing :)
However, I have added the first four chapters of the next book. Bunnies and Bowties! So you can see they are back together again :)
