It’s him.
Oh my God, it’s HIM!!

Rahel
She’s staring at me like she’s seen a ghost. And I don’t blame her. I just broke into her shop. I’m standing here with glowing eyes and moving shadows, probably looking like a monster from a nightmare.
But she’s not screaming; she’s not running. She’s trembling. And the scent of her slick is getting stronger.
She knows. My omega fucking knows it’s me.
“It’s you,” she whispers.
The words hit me like a punch to the chest. Because I was about to say the same thing.
“It’s you,” I growl back. “You were here this whole time.”

Destiny
I should be terrified. There’s an actual monster in my shop. With glowing eyes, shadows moving around him (or maybe out of him?) like they’re fucking alive, looking at me like he wantsto fucking devour me whole. And all I can think is:the dreams were real! He’sreal!!
“You broke my door,” I hear myself mumble.
He blinks. And for a second, the intensity flickers in his gaze. “What?”
“My door.” I point to the shattered wood, going for broke with this insane line of talking. “You broke it. Who’s paying for that?”
He stares at me. Then … impossibly … the corner of his deliciously sculpted mouth twitches.
“I’ll buy you a new door.”
Shit, I’m shaking, slick running down my thighs, my heart freaking pounding out of my chest, and I’m talking about freaking property damage. What the fuck is wrong with me?!
But that’s easier than saying what I really want to say.I know you. I’ve been dreaming of you. Please touch me before I die.

She’s sassing me. I just broke into her shop like a fucking feral animal, eyes glowing, shadows flaring, and she’s giving me shit about her fucking door.
Fucking ridiculous, perfect, maddening woman.
“I’ve been starving for six fucking months,” I rumble, stalking closer. She backs until her mouthwatering hips hit the counter. “I’ve been dreaming of a woman I didn’t think existed. And now I find out you’re real, and you’re standing in front of me smelling like everything I’ve ever wanted, and you’re fucking worried about a fucking door.”
I’m flooded with relief, lust, and joy like I’ve never felt. Ever before.
She whispers, staring at me through long, thick lashes, “It was an expensive door.”
I chuckle. “I’ll buy you ten doors.”
Her smile is everything. Soft, teasing, sexy… Happy. “That’s excessive.”
I rumble, “Destiny.”
