“Yep. And you can renovate whatever you like. You could create your own putting green right here on the roof,” Dean explained.

He then led Colton downstairs into the condo, diverting him to the left of the stairs instead of back into the loft area. Dean opened a small, nondescript door to reveal a large swath of undeveloped space with beautiful brick walls with large windows, just like the loft.

“When I designed the loft, I only utilized about 30% of the floor. You could renovate and create anything you want in this space. You could build a nice office for yourself or we could expand the existing gym, maybe put in a sauna and steam room. Whatever you like. Remember when we first met, you asked me if I had a dungeon? We could put in a dungeon.” He winked.

Colton laughed as they walked through the unfinished space. “It never dawned on me that the loft wasn’t taking up the entire floor. This is massive.”

“Uh huh. This area would be a great suite for Aiden, if I do end up adopting him.” Dean pointed to the far corner of the floor. “I’m also thinking of putting in a library. We could do it together, create our own space. And the entire floor below us is also completely undeveloped. We could put in some stairs and make this place a duplex.”

Colton looked at Dean, stupefied.

Dean shrugged. “What can I say? I like my space, and I like my privacy!”

Dean took Colton in his arms. He knew this was fast, but he knew what he wanted. He hoped Colton wanted it too.

“No pressure, but I want this place to be ours, not mine. We can make this our home. What do you say, Colton? Will you shack up with me?”

Colton laughed, his eyes sparkling. “You never cease to amaze me, always full of fucking surprises! Hell yes! I would love to live here with you. Let’s do it!” He grabbed the back of Dean’s head, pulling him into a forceful kiss.

“And just look how close you’ll be to work now.” Dean grinned between kisses. “You’ll cut your commute in half!”

Colton pushed Dean against the brick wall. “I don’t care about my commute. The only thing I care about right now is fucking you, right here in this empty space!”

Dean growled. “Well then, let’s christen our new territory, you nasty stud!”

Colton slammed Dean’s hands against the wall over his head, roughly kissing his face and neck. “You’ve got me so turned on, baby.”

“Give it to me Colton. Don’t make me beg,” Dean said breathlessly.

“Oooh, but you know Ilike itwhen you beg,” Colton murmured in his ear.

“You want me to beg for it?” Dean gently bit Colton’s earlobe, and slid his hand down his pants, grabbing Colton’s hard dick. “Feed me that enormous cock, Colton. Fill me up from behind. I need it so bad.Please. Fuck me now!”

Colton spun Dean around against the brick wall, ripped his pants down, and lubed him up with his tongue, lapping at his hole like a thirsty dog. He dropped his own shorts, gave his cock a few pumps with some spit, and relentlessly drove Dean into the wall.

“YESSSS! Fucking pound me, baby!” Dean groaned.

Colton bent forward, kissing Dean’s back and neck. “Yeah, take my big cock, you filthy little whore!”

Dean reached back, grabbing the back of Colton’s head, whimpering. “Yes, yes, yes, yes! Harder! I need it!Harder!”

Colton pistoned into Dean ruthlessly. Dean was insatiable, hungry, begging for more. He pushed back into Colton’s thrusts, driving him deeper, the sounds of slapping skin filling the space. Colton collapsed onto Dean’s back, convulsing as he emptied himself deep inside.

“Fuck yes!” Dean groaned, pumping his cock, shooting his load all over the wall.

Colton rested his head on Dean’s back, out of breath, his legs still quaking. “Holy fuck! That was incredible!”

Dean stood and turned, kissing Colton’s sweaty brow. “That washot! But did you just call me a filthy little whore?”

Colton blushed a little. “Sorry…got caught up in the moment.”

“I liked it. I’ll be your filthy little whore.” Dean smirked and flicked his tongue over his bottom lip.

They collected themselves with a quick cleanup and walked through the empty space.

“I can’t believe you have all this extra square footage.”

“Well, it’s always a good idea to invest in real estate in San Francisco. And I kept all the extra space in case I wanted to open my own record label someday. Or in case I ever met a gorgeous stud of a running back who I’d want to move in with me.” Dean smiled with a wink.
