“Here’s your present.” The driver flipped us the bird, and I pulled Finn back as the bastard hit the accelerator. The vehicle shot from the parking spot to halfway down the street in seconds.
Finn pouted. “Well, that was rude. He didn’t give me his email.”
I laughed, then tugged him against my side. The sound of footsteps made me turn, and I shook my head at Mercy, the murderous expression on his face signaling he wanted the cops’ blood.
“We’ll deal with them another day. They’re just nosy. They’ve got nothing on us.” I switched my gaze to Finn with a smile. “It’s my wedding day, and I have a beautiful groom to spoil.”
Finn’s face lit up and he held out his hand to me. I slid my fingers through his and started to lead him back toward the Holden with a white ribbon stretched across the bonnet. As soon as we reached the vehicle, I unlocked the door with the keys and opened it for him, receiving a short, sweet kiss in thanks as he slipped onto the vinyl seat, the material creaking under his arse. He blinked up at me in worry, and I laughed, shaking my head.
“It’s fine, Lolly. The car’s old and they don’t use vinyl much anymore because it cracks after a while of use. It’s supposed to make that noise.” I closed the door behind him and made my way around to the other side. I got into my seat and swiped at my forehead with the back of my wrist where sweat beaded. The Monaro had no air con, so all I could do was wind down the window with the old handle.
Finn did the same as I slotted in the key and turned on the ignition. I leaned forward, slanting my mouth over his as I reached far behind him for his seat belt, then pulled it across his front to buckle it in place. The old Holdens originally didn’t have belts, but when laws came into place, Dad had to get some installed.
“Are you ready to go for a drive, Mr. Sweeney?”
His lashes fluttered and he swiped at his bottom lip with his tongue. “Where to, Mr. Sweeney?”
“Well, we got an hour until our reception.” I gave him a naughty grin. “How about I take you up Castle Hill, and you can ride me in that pretty dress of yours?”
“How can a husband resist such an offer? Take me on your hill.”
I laughed and hit the accelerator. We headed down a few streets until we got to the entrance of Castle Hill. Queens Gardens wasn’t far from home and the inclined road led us past the house. Finn shoved himself halfway out the window, as much as his belt would allow, waving at the guards who’d been left behind to protect the property, and while they were clearly confused, they returned the gesture with a few amused smiles.
I shook my head and tugged at the back of his dress. “Inside, Lolly. I don’t want you falling out before I get the chance to fuck you in that wedding gown.”
Finn fell back against the seat and chuckled. “Is that all you’re thinking about?”
“Of course. Can’t miss my chance, can I?” I winked, and his chuckles grew deeper.
While it was called a hill, Castle Hill was more of a mountain, even if it wasn’t tall enough to be classified as one. Standing at 938 feet high, its roads were a narrow, twisty mess that had Finn sucking in his breath a few times when a car came down past us.
“I hate this road.” Finn shot me a glance. I’d taken him up here a few times, and he always whined about how terrifying it was, and I didn’t blame him. Between exercisers who walked here in the afternoons and mornings and the two-lane traffic, it was a tight squeeze that probably had a lot of people on edge, but the Townsville population was used to it. Now that Finn called this city his home, he’d soon grow accustomed to it as well.
I reached over to grab his hand and linked our fingers together. “I’ll never let anything happen to you, Lolly.”
“I trust you.” He laid his cheek on my shoulder.
It took us about fifteen minutes to get to the top, with me taking my time around the sharp bends. While I loved my Monaro, I didn’t entirely trust it on the inclines, but I didn’t tell Finn about my thoughts.
When we got to the top, I parked as far away from other cars as I could and switched off the ignition. Outside there was laughter from some adults on the other side of the car park, but they weren’t close enough to us that they’d know what we were going to do.
I was an impatient man when it came to Finn and getting inside him. The moment I turned off the car, I unclipped his seat belt, and then I snagged him around the waist and dragged him over onto my lap. He gasped and grabbed my shoulders to steady himself, and when he realized what was happening, he grinned down at me.
As soon as he was situated, he ground against my hardening bulge. “You’re very excited about marrying me.” His tongue slid over his bottom lip.
A positive about the Monaro was that it had a lot of space, especially in the front, so there was more than enough room for both me and him, and with his legs on either side of my thighs, I got the perfect feel of the erection growing beneath his dress, trapped in a pair of pretty knickers, no doubt.
I cupped his cheek and caressed his pretty pale skin with my thumb. “I am. I get to keep you forever now.”
“I was yours the moment we danced at the club on the first night.” He brushed his nose against mine. “Will you take me back there?”
“An easy ask, since I own it. Anything you want, I will give it to you. All you need to do is say the word.” I slammed my mouth against his and dragged him as close as I could get him.
He melted against me, and I took the time to kiss him properly, devouring him until he was moaning and begging for more. Then, and only then, did I reach into the console between our seats and pull out a packet of lube, flashing it at him.
He grinned. “You stored lube in your car?”
I laughed and bit at his lower lip, earning a whimper. “I put it everywhere because I’m going to fuck you over every surface in existence.”
