“Yes,” I breathed.

Pulling away after a final deep thrust, Taylor worked his cock for a few more quick strokes. Then his whole body tensed. He roared, clenching his eyes shut as his cock twitched violently, then erupted in thick white spurts all over the front of my blazer. I was mesmerized and stupid with lust. I jerked myself off mindlessly at the scene until I peaked, careening over the edge. A massive orgasm hit me like a truck. I arched my back and screamed, my voice cracking. I felt my warm cum shoot out in jets and drip down my hand, coating it and my pants for good measure.

When it was over, I collapsed on the bed, thankful Taylor had led me there. If I’d done that standing up, I would’ve definitely passed out and hit my head on the floor. I gasped for breath throughout the dizzying aftershocks.

Taylor slumped next to me, looking equally worn but satisfied.

“Gonna assume that you liked that,” he said breathlessly.

I snorted. “Yes, I hope that much was obvious.”

Rolling over, I pulled him into my grasp. My instincts craved post-sex physical contact. I growled possessively into Taylor’s neck. If I was any less exhausted, I might’ve bitten him again.

“It’s official,” Taylor said, sounding amused. “You have a suit kink.”

I sighed. “I suppose I do. Thank you for unlocking it with me.”

“What are fated mates for?” he said with a grin.

As we cuddled on the bed, a sudden slam of the door interrupted our peaceful silence.

Aurum’s obnoxious voice shattered the calm as he called, “Hey, Crimson, are you—” He stopped dead in his tracks, blinking at us in sudden understanding. “Oh. Hi.”

I shot him the mother of all death glares. Unfortunately, being my annoying younger brother, he was immune to it.

“Well, well, well,” Aurum said, pleasantly smug. “What do we have here?”

Taylor flushed, quickly trying to cover himself so he didn’t accidentally flash this stranger.

“Nah, don’t bother,” Aurum said casually, waving it off. “After all, we’re family now, right?”

“I’m sorry, I don’t remember inviting you here,” I snapped.

But it had no effect. He was too pleased with himself to notice my irritation. “I recall a certain brother of mine being sooo opposed to the Dragonfate Games,” Aurum sneered. “And now look at him, curled up in bed with his sweetheart!”

“Keep talking and I’ll turn you into dragon soup,” I warned.

“I’m assuming this is one of your brothers,” Taylor said wryly. He seemed profoundly less annoyed than I was.

“Yes, unfortunately. That’s Aurum, one of the twins.”

Taking this as his cue to say hi, Aurum strode up to the bed. “Pleased to meet you, Mr. Tiger!”

I groaned loudly. “Don’t come over here, you idiotic lizard.”

But Aurum just grinned. I knew he was too interested in Taylor to back off, no matter what kind of violence I threatened him with. I might as well let it happen.

“I’d shake your hand, but, uh...” Aurum snickered. “You know.”

Taylor’s face remained stoic, but his blush was clear as day. “My apologies.”

“Nah, I’m glad Crimson finally got some.”

“I’m two seconds away from committing fratricide,” I warned him. “Wasn’t there something you had to say?”

Aurum nodded. “Oh, yeah. We’ve been looking all over for you. Duke wants you at the closing ceremonies. Y’know, since you found your mate and the Games are over.” He put a hand to his chest. “Which you shouldpersonallythank me for. By the way, you guys are a super cute couple.”

“First of all, the Games were Saffron’s idea, not yours, you little liar. Second...” I sighed, then muttered, “thank you, I suppose.”
