I glanced at Ramsay and Eric, who were thoroughly orgasmed-out. They looked ready to be unconscious for the next eight hours, and honestly, I was too.

“Well, we sure did a good job of making a mess,” Ramsay said, scratching his head in embarrassment. The sheets definitely needed a good wash, if not a sandblast.

“Yes. I’ll do them myself later,” Eric muttered. “That’s not something I want the maid to have to deal with.”

“I don’t want to clean up right now. I just want to sleep,” I said with a groan. My head slumped on the pillow. “Everybody get over here.”

Colton was already fast asleep. I couldn’t wait to join him.

But, unfortunately, we’d forgotten one important thing.

Before the rest of us could pass out, a timid knock on the door startled us.

“Who is it?” Eric called.

“Erm, it’s me,” a small feminine voice replied, and I recognized her voice as the maid. “Tansy.”

Eric stifled a sigh. “We’re all right for now, thank you Tansy.”

“I know,” she replied, sound a little amused. I wondered how much of us she’d heard. “It’s just that, er, I wanted to remind you of the Moon Meeting later tonight, Lord Eric.”

Eric’s eyes widened at the same time that I groaned.

“Shit,” I said. We’d been so caught up in my heat that we must have forgotten the time… and date. Had it already been a month since the last meeting?

“Shit is right,” Eric complained. He added to Tansy in a louder voice, “Thanks for letting us know.”

“Do we seriously have to go?” Ramsay mumbled.

“Yes.” Eric stood. “Wake Colton. We need to shower and leave quickly.”

I sighed. “There goes my much-needed sleep…”

“You’ll have plenty of time to sleep later,” Eric promised. His aura had already changed to serious pack leader mode. “Come on.”

“Fine,” I said. As I stood, I felt disgusting from all the sticky fluid on me. “ButI’mtaking the first shower.”
