I imagined a baby in my arms, warm and soft and sweet-smelling. I couldn’t deny the way my heart clenched at the idea. Having children had never crossed my mind up until this point, especially not bearing one of my own, but then again, I didn’t know Icouldbear a child until I found out I was an omega. A whole new door had opened to me. A world of possibility.

“I’m not saying no,” I finally said.

Eric’s brows raised. “You’re not?”

“Really?” Colton asked, looking similarly surprised.

“I mean, this is all so new to me,” I murmured. “It’s barely been a month since I found out I could even become pregnant, you know?”

Ramsay nodded. “Right. And I don’t think the rest of us have ever considered being dads, either. At least I know I haven’t.”

“Me neither,” Colton murmured.

Eric didn’t comment. He gazed at me with wide eyes filled with emotion.

“Eric,” I said. “Doyouwant to be a father?”

His eyes flickered away. “I’ve thought about it. But I never had a partner. Until you.”

The thought made me smile. “Does that mean you’ve thought about it with me specifically?”

A blush lit up his cheeks. “I don’t want to answer that.”

Ramsay chuckled and gently pinched Eric’s cheeks. “Aww, you really are a softie, aren’t you?”

“Let go or I’ll bite your hands off,” Eric said with a scowl.

“And that doesn’t bother you two?” I asked Ramsay and Colton.

“Why would it?” Colton said, blinking innocently.

“Mathe, we’ve been over this.” Ramsay smiled. “There’s four petals on that damn flower, remember? We’re all in this together.”

My heart ached, but in a good way. I felt an emotional sob bubbling up in my throat, but I forced it down. I had to be strong for them. For my alphas.

“Right,” I said, my voice cracking a little.

“I’ll do it.”

I raised my head off Colton’s shoulder to look at him. “Colt?”

He smiled at me with that soft expression of his, like a puppy. “I’ll help impregnate you.”

Ramsay burst out laughing. “Colt, you can’t just say shit like that. You have to phrase it better, like, yes, Matheson, I am willing to be a father with you.”

“That sounded convincing,” Eric told him with a smirk.

Ramsay rolled his eyes, but he was smiling brightly. “That’s because I meant it. I’ll be an awesome dad. I’ll be the most fun dad out of all of you.”

I could barely handle this. Emotion welled up inside me and this time I couldn’t hold my tears back. “You guys…”

Colton and Eric both moved in to kiss me on opposite cheeks, which made me swallow a whimper. Ramsay was too far away to kiss me without clambering all over Eric, so he pressed one to his fingers, then planted it on my face, making me giggle.

“Okay,” I said with a shaky breath. “If you guys are okay with this, and willing to help, I think… I can do it.”

All three of them smiled like I’d never seen them smile before.

“Well, now that we’ve established all three of us are on board, there’s one more problem remaining,” Eric said, crossing his arms.
