I couldn’t tell if he was threatening me or genuinely worried, but I didn’t care either way. “Just tell me what I want to know and I’ll leave youalone.Deal?”
Scar glanced to Ryu, who only shrugged. He glared at me long and hard before finallysighing.
“Fine,” he muttered. “But don’t say I didn’twarnyou.”
“Thank you,” I said withasigh.
He crossed his arms. “What do you wanttoknow?”
I pulled out the encyclopedia, dog-eared to the section on Stoneheart pack, and pointed tothemap.
“Tell me where the human raider’s camps are,” Idemanded.
