“If you know what’s good for you, you’ll fuck off right now.”
The man looks in the car again, trying to get a better look, and Lorcán loses it. His knot is still deep inside of me as he grabs a gun from the center console and points it at the man.
“Look at her again. I fucking dare you.”
The man swallows and holds up his hands.
“I’m just trying to do my job.”
“We’ll leave as soon as we can. Don’t fucking look at her again.”
The man backs away, and Lorc rolls up the window.
“He might call the cops,” I hiss at him.
“Don’t act like your pussy didn’t grip my knot tighter when I said it. He won’t say shit.”
He grabs my jaw and kisses me like he doesn’t have a care in the world. He was right, this was absolutely worth the wait.

“You’re surethis is what you want to do?” Declan asks with a massive grin on his face.
“I think it’s only fair.”
“I thought you said you forgave him,” Cillian asks, circling the rope around his hand and his elbow.
“Yeah, I forgave him a while ago. It doesn’t mean that payback isn’t still a bitch.”
“Just when I thought I couldn’t adore you any more than I already do,” Declan says, placing a kiss on my cheek.
“The important thing is that no one gets hurt.”
“You want to kidnap Finn and torture him. I’m not sure how we get out of this without some bruises,” Lorcán says.
“I’m not going to really torture him.”
“I thought you were going to make him watch until he says he’s sorry?” Declan questions like he’s disappointed about the lack of torture.
“Yes, I mean, it’s not true torture, though.”
“You could make him wear the same clothes for three days,” Cillian snarks, and I smack his chest.
“That’s behind us. This is just for fun.”
“I still think we should sedate him,” Declan suggests.
“It’s three against one. You’re telling me you three can’t make this work?” I know I’m manipulating them, but oh well, it’s what I do best.
“He’s a fucking fighter, blondie,” Declan deadpans.
“It’s three against one.”
“Just a little chloroform?” Declan pleads, pinching his fingers together.
Maybe I would have said yes before we bonded, but something in me doesn’t like the idea of him actually being hurt. I never did. Now that we’re bonded, I just can’t stomach it.
