“That’s it, use me, make a mess on me, pet.”
That’s the sentence that does me in as I shatter apart on top of him. A combination of his hands and shadows hold me up and continue to impale me on his hard length. He keeps the same pace, thrusting into me. I clench around him and I can’t help it as my body quakes from the intensity of my orgasm.
His warm cum fills me as his hands tighten around my waist, his beard rubs against my chest as he holds me. I wrap my arms around him and rest my face against his shoulder.
We’re both panting, hearts racing as we hold each other. I look down and realize he’s fully clothed while I’m naked, yet again.
I feel so much lighter than I did earlier today. Being intimate with Dax is cathartic. I’m never letting this go.
“You did amazing,” he says.
“Riding your dick?”
He chuckles. The rumble in his chest makes me smile. “Always that, but portaling and your shadows. You did so good, babe.”
“Thanks,” I say, gripping his neck tighter. “I have a good teacher.”
“My cock is still inside of you. Don’t be giving me any ideas.”
I stroke his face, loving the feel of his beard against my fingertips. “I wanted to ask you something.”
“Okay.”
“Is Halloween in Hell fun?”
He grins. “The most fun.”
“Can we go?”
“My girl can have whatever she wants.”
Chapter 34
BeforeIcanofficiallykick off my first Halloween in Hell, we came to the Hallowsdeep Halloween Festival. I’d be lying if I said that I could miss it. I’ve been every year since I was small. Stevie and I would always save up our money so that we could buy caramel apples, funnel cakes, and take shots at whoever was in the dunk tank that year. The air is crisp and cool, and the nostalgia of my childhood lines Main Street. Venders, game tables, pumpkin carving stations, and so much food you can imagine.
I convinced Dax to dress up. We’re dressed as Gomez and Morticia Addams. It took me threatening to call him daddy in front of my dad—the devil—to convince him to dress the part. But eventually he gave in, and I couldn’t be happier. He looks delectable as he kisses up my arm. He refused to shave his beard, but I would have hated to part with that as well. I have extensions in my hair and I feel powerful as he pushes the long hair over my shoulder.
I shift on my feet, being under Dax’s full attention does something to me. Not to mention the foreign object inside of me eliciting a slight pressure and tingle deep inside of me. If Dax thinks he is the only one who is capable of surprises in the bedroom, he has another think coming. This will definitely be a Halloween surprise he appreciates.
We’re in front of the pumpkin carving contest and I watch as an eight-year-old has a cannibal pumpkin devouring another. Seeds and pumpkin guts everywhere. It makes me smile. “Fuck, I love Halloween.”
“When we are together, darling, every night is Halloween.”
I gasp. “You watched it?” I ask him. His eyes twinkle with mischief. It’s still early in the day but the lights down Main Street make his skin glow. He looks perfect.
“I had to know what part I was playing.”
“You play it well,” I say, tugging on his suit jacket.
“So, this is the Halloween festival you love so much?”
I shrug my shoulders. “I had some of my best memories here. It was always something Stevie and I looked forward to. And like I said, I like to play pretend.”
“I think we need to revisit this teacher thing you brought up.”
I shrug off his suggestion as I watch my cousin approach, holding hands with Asmo. Since Kas left, they have gotten closer. I’m glad that my cousin found someone she can depend on, especially since things with Dax and I have gotten so intense.
“How’s the remodel at Hex going?” I ask her. I thought I would feel more when it came to giving up the restaurant, but really, it’s just a relief. The idea of running it seemed more overwhelming than enjoyable after everything that’s happened.
