He mouthed the word ‘traitor’ at his brother. The Harpy let out an angry trilling noise, fire lighting in his eyes in response, while he was still pointing towards the door.

Hmphing, he spun, and looping his arm through Killian’s, he dragged the man with him as he headed to their bedroom.

“The audacity of him flashing people!” Ender huffed on reaching their door and opening it.

“Ender, you were inhisroom.”

“So?!”

“So, what exactlywereyou doing in his room?”

Ah shit… “Um, I had a question?”

“Did you?” Killian drawled.

“Yes.” He released the Cryptid’s arm and waddled inside. Sitting on the bed, he tried to scoot himself back, butoverbalanced and flopped over, his legs still hanging off the bed. Sighing, he whined, “Help.”

With an amused smile on his face, Killian helped him to move up and back, and he soon found himself relaxing against the Siren’s chest, cuddling him.

After a moment of silence, Killian unfortunately asked, “What question did you have?”

That was the question… One he didn’t have an answer to, because he’d been lying. “I forgot,” he rasped, before blurting, “Rub my belly!”

“Is it upset?”

“Mm, I think the eggs shifted. I need belly rubs.”

Truthfully, he wasn’t lying, his stomach was paining him a bit. It felt overly tight, as if things had moved around in there. He was uncomfortable, but then, uncomfortable pretty much described pregnancy.

When Killian started to rub his belly, the Siren humming a now familiar melody at the same time, Ender struggled to keep a blush off his face, even as his body went completely lax.

He was a bit surprised the Siren wasn’t demanding he see the doctor after mentioning the eggs. Usually, the Cryptid was the first one to overly worry about any type of change. Whatever, it was less hassle for him!

“Where does it come from?” Ender asked after a few minutes had passed.

“The song?”

“Mm,” he grunted.

“It’s something my mother used to sing to me.”

“The melody is pretty, yet sad.”

“Yes, that sums it up.”

Damn, after just a little bit of humming from the man, he felt like he’d taken a nice hot bath and had a full body rub down. “You Sirens, with your voices, are damn dangerous.”

Killian chuckled. “That we are.”

Relaxed or not, the conversation he’d overheard came rearing back in the silence that began to form, and it took everything in him to not tense up again. Should he be feeling self-conscious about lying in the arms of a man who wanted something more with him? One of two men who wanted more.

No, he shouldn’t. He shouldn’t feel anything at all about any of it, because he didn’t care. Yes, that was what he was going with. They were just going to co-parent. Ender didn’t want…a relationship with either of them, let alone both.

Yep, that was what he was sticking with. Besides, they were too young for him. Though that hadn’t stopped him from having sex with them now, had it?

Wow, these internal fucking thoughts are not on my side at all!

A bit of distraction came in the form of Cyrus entering the room. The man’s eyes were slightly red from crying, he noted, as the tall Fate cleared his throat, and asked, “Stomach bothering him?”
