“Of course, you can.I was just finishing the Facebook ads for the inn.”

“This won’t take long.I spoke to Kylie at the flower shop. She’s happy to make the bouquets for Penny and Wyatt’s wedding, but she can’t do the other flower arrangements.”

“I’m amazed she can do the bouquets.Did she recommend anyone else?”

“Jackie, one of her part-time staff, offered to help. She showed me some photos of flower arrangements she’s made for other clients and they were lovely.I hired her straightaway.”

“That’s great.”Barbara opened the spreadsheet for her sister’s wedding and typed in Jackie’s name.“Wyatt talked to Pastor John this morning. We can use the large meeting room at the church for the reception.”

Katie flopped into the chair opposite Barbara.“They must have had a cancellation.Did he mention anything about using the hospitality class for the catering?”

“He’s asking the students today if anyone can help us.I’m crossing my fingers and hoping it works out.Otherwise, we might have to call a company in Polson.”

“As a last resort, I could make most of the food. All I’ll need are some volunteers to reheat and serve everything on the day.”

Barbara picked up a pen and made a note to call Pastor John.“Hopefully, it won’t come to that. You’re a great cook, but all our rooms are booked leading up to Thanksgiving.Even with all of us helping, we won’t have enough time to make everything for Penny and Wyatt’s wedding.”

Katie shrugged.“If we can’t find anyone else, we might not have a choice.”

Diana’s head appeared around the edge of the door frame.“Theo’s here to see you, Barbara.”

She looked at her sister and frowned.“If he wants to talk about the letter we found, can you talk to him?I still have to finish another marketing plan for a client.”

“I’m pretty sure it’s not about the letter.Maybe he wants to interview you for the radio station?”

Barbara had no idea why he’d want to do that.

“I’ll come downstairs with you,” Katie said.“I have to make a picnic dinner for two of our guests.”

With her sisters following her, Barbara walked downstairs.

When they reached the bottom step, Katie smiled at Theo.“Have you interviewed anyone interesting today?”

“How does finding an airplane in your backyard sound?”

“Like a great story. When you finish talking to Barbara, come and see me in the kitchen.I’m making chocolate chip muffins.”

“I’ll be there.”

His smiling blue eyes connected with Barbara’s.“I hope it’s okay to come here without making an appointment?”

“You can visit us whenever you like. How can I help?”

“I’m trying to find funding for the radio station.I had a meeting with Shelley, Pastor John’s wife, and she suggested setting up some social media accounts to promote what I’m doing.Do you have time to talk to me about it?”

Barbara thought about the ‘to do’ list sitting beside her computer.Apart from organizing Penny’s wedding, the number of clients waiting for her help wasn’t getting any smaller. She was already working far too many hours—

Diana nudged her arm.“You could talk to Theo now.”

She looked at her sister, then at Theo. With a sigh, she knew she’d have to help him.He was a good friend of her sister’s fiancé and he did a lot for the community.“I could go over the basics with you today.Once you’ve added content to the sites you want to use, we could talk about other ways of using social media.”

The gleam in his eyes was back.“Thank you.I promise not to ask too many questions.”

Barbara didn’t think that was possible. She’d listened to his radio interviews and he always poked and prodded until he got to the bottom of any discussion.

“My office is on the next floor. We can talk there.”With a pointed look at Barbara, she led the way upstairs. If Theo already knew which social media sites he wanted to use it would make their meeting a lot quicker.

And if they had time, she’d ask him about advertising The Lakeside Inn on the radio station.
