Kellan wasn’t the only one to groan—even Hunter’s scent exploded. He certainly loved it when I begged.

Thankfully, for all of our sanities, the dragons were done proving their ability to restrain themselves. They started to move together, and while their experience with sex was minimal, their instinct was next-level. They knew the perfect force and rhythm to thrust into me, hitting all the right spots, until I couldn’t breathe, think, or focus.

They were just so big. The sensation of being this full was almost too much to handle.

The build was slow, as I wrapped one hand around Slade’s arm, and the other around Talon’s shoulder. They held out longer than the other alphas, but not by much. When I clenched around them and cried out, the air turned electric as they shifted and bit into me, Slade first, and then Talon, who appeared to be positioned a little left of his original mark.

Slade palmed the back of my head and situated me so I could bite Talon, but when I was about to mark his throat, he tilted his head. “Different this time,” he huffed. “Let’s erase the bad memories.”

I understood now why he had shifted his position—he didn’t want us to be reminded of our first time. “Our new beginning,” I whispered, while sinking my teeth in, my wolf right there with me.

Talon’s dragon roared into the sky, and when he joined the quintet essence, I tore my teeth from him so I could bite Slade’s throat.

As soon as the final dragon stepped into our bond, voices filled my head, and unlike last time, all I felt was joy.

Mate!Kellan cried, his beast howling with him.

Mate, I replied as tears slipped silently down my cheeks.

Yeah, I was crying again, butfuck.

The twins held me for a long time after we’d sealed our bond, giving me all the time I needed to move through the earthshattering feeling of having them back.

When I rested my head against Talon’s chest, he leaned down and pressed a kiss to my temple.

You okay, baby girl?Hunter asked, always needing to check on me.

“It’s hard to believe this is real,” I whispered. “Our bond feels stronger than ever, our energy and essences are blending seamlessly once more, and the witch is dead.”

Slade stole my attention from his twin by taking my weight off Talon so I was wrapped only in his arms. I’d told all my alphas I loved them during the bonding except him, and I was just opening my mouth to rectify that when he wrapped me up so tightly I couldn’t breathe.

“I will protect you for the rest of my existence, Snow,” he said, and the crack in his tone hit me right in my heart. “I will also kill and die for you without hesitation. You’re the purest, most perfect thing I’ve ever claimed, and I will never hurt you.” He sucked in a raggedbreath, and I had to be mistaken, but he almost sounded nervous. “I’ve never said these words before, but I believe I finally understand their strength. I love you.”

My heart stuttered and I tilted my head to an angle so I could see him, and the calm openness on his face. “I love you,” he repeated with more force. “Now and always.”

I wiggled until he released me, because I wanted to face him. “I love you so much,” I told him fiercely, the tears still falling. “So damn much, Slade Riverson. But please don’teverdie for me.”

None of you are allowed to die, I reiterated through the bond, in case our beasts needed to hear it as well.

“We will never leave you,” Hunter promised as he moved closer.

Kellan and Finley moved in as well, until I was surrounded by my alphas.

My five very naked alphas.

Thank you, goddess. Someone send her a gift basket and nicely worded letter, because she had delivered my perfect forever.

Ourforever. In our bond, the beasts were snuggled as close as we were out here, and I knew I’d forever be grateful that when I’d run, they’d caught me.

And they would again.

Each and every time.
