When Jayden tried to reach for her, and she screamed…

My vision turned red.

“What thefuckare you doing?” I snarled at Jayden.

He turned towards me, and his face immediately paled.

Good. I wouldn’t be finished with him until his pallor was the clammy hue of death and the walls were painted the red of my anger.

I was lucky my men had found enough evidence in the warehouse so I coulddealwith Jayden, because either way he wouldn’t have left this room alive.

She’s dangerous to your health.

Too bad that voice was way too small to deter me.

I wrapped my hand around Jayden’s thin neck. Before he could react, I slammed him against the wall, enjoying the crunching nose that accompanied it. Jayden certainly wasn’t enjoying it from the garbled sounds coming from his throat.

“Did he touch you?” I asked, turning my attention to Alisa.

“No.” A glassy look appeared in her eyes.

“You okay, kitten?” I asked, a foreign feeling thrumming in my stomach.

“Fine,” she said, shaking her head until the look disappeared.

“See, not a big deal,” Jayden said in between gasps.

I tilted my head and focused my attention back on him.

“Wrong.”

I slammed his head back against the wall and smiled at the red blood now streaming down the walls. His eyes bulged out of his head. Although I was unsure if that was from the pressure on his neck or from the realization of his fate.

“My men found proof you’ve been skimming off the top, so I was planning on killing you either way.” I shrugged a shoulder. “But since you ignored my warning last night, I’m going to really fucking enjoy this.”

I slammed my foot down on his ankle. Jayden’s scream began to cleanse the anger boiling inside me.

“Unfortunately for you,” I said. “You won’t enjoy it one bit.”

When blood covered every inch of Jayden’s skin, I carried him over to Alisa.

None of the fear that so many people failed to conceal when they looked at me was apparent on Alisa’s face. In fact, some of my simmering anger graced her expression.

My bloodthirsty little kitten. Fuck, she was getting me hard all over again.

“Want a turn?” I asked, holding Jayden’s gushing body like it was a rag doll.

Alisa stood up from the chair she’d been clutching like a life preserver. Jayden groaned, and that sound seemed to set something off in her. She threw her fist back, and it collided with his face.

Although, it seemed to have little effect other than leaving her cradling her wrist and cursing.

I tossed Jayden onto the chair and lightly grasped Alisa’s wrist. Her eyes met mine, but she didn’t flinch away from my touch.

“Don’t bend your wrist,” I said, adjusting her hand until I was happy with the placement. “Now try again.”

Surprisingly, my defiant kitten didn’t talk back. She just slammed her fist into Jayden’s nose. I smiled as blood spurted from Jayden’s nostrils.

“Good girl,” I said, moving my hand down to her waist. It took a colossal amount of effort to not drag her hips back into mine. “Now focus on rotating your hips when you punch.”
