Lethal waited for her coochie to stop spasming before pulling out of her and lying flat on his back. Knowing she would be sore in the morning, she didn’t even care as she sauntered toward the bed with a lustful gleam in her eyes. It was about to be a long night, and she didn’t even care.
The next morning, Lethal sat in the kitchen perturbed by more than one thing. The first thing was the fact that no matter how tired he was, his body didn’t let him sleep past eight a.m. After trying to go back to sleep for twenty minutes to no avail, he trekked into the kitchen to make a strawberry banana smoothie. He sat on a stool that was placed at his island. He wanted to see highlights, reels, and social media posts about the fight. The moment Lethal saw all the times his name had been tagged he got an uneasy feeling in the pit of his stomach. He knew a lot of people would be talking about the fight, but trashy gossip blogsrarely posted about him. To see so many mentions coming from a post made by that kind of page had Lethal feeling on edge.
The moment he clicked on the page, a sigh of relief made the tension leave his shoulders. The article wasn’t necessarily good, but it wasn’t anything he didn’t already know. Khrome entered the kitchen, and he looked up. She was dressed in a baggy blue sweatsuit ready to go to the hospital and visit Lyric.
“Hey,” she stated slowly wondering why he was looking at her like that. She couldn’t read his expression, and she instantly wondered if he regretted sleeping with her. Khrome hated constantly being on edge and always thinking the worst.
“We’ve been out together quite a few times, and I guess nosey muhfuckas finally put two and two together. They found you.”
Khrome’s heart raced as Lethal held out his phone. Who had found her? With legs that felt like lead, she moved in his direction wondering just what was on the phone. When she took it from him, all Khrome saw was three of her mugshots. They had been placed on a gossip site with the caption:Is boxing’s heavyweight champion dating a felon?
Khrome’s chest tightened as she stared at the pictures. She had long ago stopped caring about what people said about her, but she didn’t want her past affecting Lethal’s career.
“I’m sorry.” She finally passed the phone back to him. “You can put out a statement and say you don’t know me like that. I’ll stop going out in public with you. I don’t want any of this coming back on you.”
Lethal chuckled. “You think I give a fuck what those people are saying? I don’t have a record. That’s all they need to care about when it comes to my boxing. They tried to bring up shit with my father when I first got in the game. He was a whole king pin, and that didn’t stop anything. Respectfully, those folks can suck my dick. Just wait until I post a picture today of me doing skin to skin with Lyric. The internet really gon’ go up.”
Khrome was elated that he wasn’t upset. She was so tired of her past coming back to haunt her. She was so ready to get to the point where she had done more good than bad. Khrome hoped all of the skeletons were out of the closet, and she was finally in the clear.
“I’m definitely not trying to rush you, but since you’re not training right now, you think you’ll have more time to look at places?”
“You still want to move out?”
“Yes.” Khrome moved closer to him. “Since the age of sixteen, I’ve lived with a man. As much as I would love to be here, I need to live by myself. I need to pay my own bills for at least a year. I need to find Khrome. And when my lease is up if we’re still a thing, then we can talk about living together.”
“I can dig it,” Lethal looped one arm around her. “I’m proud of you.”
Khrome smiled brighter than he’d ever seen her smile. “Thank you. I’m proud of me too. Thank you so much for being patient with me and always being kind despite the circumstances.” She leaned in and placed a peck on his lips.
“I want to go shopping and get some things for Lyric. I suggest you go do your skin to skin because when I get there, it’s over for you, Buddy.”
“Word?” he chuckled. “Let me get my ass up there then.” Lethal kissed Khrome once more before grabbing his key fob.
When he was out of the house, Khrome closed her eyes in inhaled deeply through her nose. All the hell she’d run into on her journey had been worth it.
Tech watched his dick slide in and out of Blossom’s slick tunnel. The slow strokes had him moaning and her trembling. She had to be at the airport in an hour, and he was sending her off the right way. His slow strokes intensified the sounds of her gushy pussy. Leaning in so his back was on hers, Tech kissed the nape of her neck.
He wrapped a hand around her neck from behind, and the slight restriction of her breathing, him kissing on her sensitive spot, and his deep strokes had her releasing an intense throaty moan that she didn’t even recognize coming out of her mouth.
“Baby, you feel so fucking good,” she rasped. “I’m about to cum.”
“Let that shit go, baby,” he spoke directly into her ear. “I’m about to cum with you. This fuckin’ pussy is so fuckin’ good,” he panted while increasing the pace of his strokes.
Blossom slapped her hand on the headboard as an orgasm ripped through her like a tornado. The essence that pooled on Tech’s tool had him gritting his teeth together and growling like a wounded animal as he released into her. Thank God she was on birth control because between the two of them, Tech didn’t know who was the horniest. A woman with a high sex drive was a blessing. They couldn’t get enough of one another. Tech pulled out of her still hard but extremely satisfied. Blossom stood and rushed into the bathroom, so she could hop in the shower.
Tech decided not to shower with her because he’d be too tempted to go for another round. Since he was taking her to the airport, he showered in the other bathroom. When Tech walked back into his bedroom, his phone was ringing as Blossom put lotion on her arms and stared at the screen.
“Alora is calling,” she smirked.
All he could do was shake his head. She was still calling after weeks of being ignored.
“I should answer it,” Blossom joked.
“Go ahead.” Tech didn’t care one way or the other, and he didn’t have to tell her twice.
With a mischievous gleam in her eyes, Blossom snatched the phone up before it could stop ringing. “Hello.”
Tech chuckled at the nice, professional, pleasant tone she used.
