“Mmm.” He stretched, enjoying the spots they rubbed together without expectation of anything else. He winced, though, as his ass clenched.
“You okay?” Linc said, bringing Avery with him as he shifted to his side.
“Fine. I might hurt tomorrow.” That had been more intense than any finger or toy he’d ever tried in the past, stretching him beyond what he was used to.
“Sorry about that. I said I’d let you drive, and then I grabbed the stick at the last minute.”
Avery laughed into the warmth of Linc’s chest. “Keep your hand off my joystick.”
“Please don’t say that again.” But he was laughing as he pulled them close, fitting Avery under his chin and throwing one heavy leg over his hip.
The room was dark and quiet. Avery’s heart had slowed to a human pace, and his breathing calmed. “Linc?”
“Yeah?” Linc’s voice was already heavy with sleep.
“I know about Abe.”
